Cons (-) Entrance off highway can be confusing but it is that way for alomst all retail shops/restaurants all along Cumberland Falls Highway.
Pros (+) The chain almost always produces clean rooms and a peaceful environment. This is why it was a little surprising to find things wrong. It's always a little more than I care to pay, but you DO get what you pay for. The hotels are always professional. Staff is always quite nice.
Cons (-) The air conditioner was leaking. The whole idea of using the key to turn on everything in the room was a little confusing.
Pros (+) The out door pool
Cons (-) The front desk clerk Joe, was very rude. He won't be winning any employee of the year.
