Cons:

Very poor service at the counter when giving back the car , when asking for an invoice ,which I need to be reimbursed by a third party , I was told that I can download it myself , where and how is unknown ? So I end up without invoice and it becomes impossible to obtain any reimbursement from the said third party which commited to it ,but an invoice is needed to that purpose ........

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. No big formalities, quick delivery. Good car at reasonable price.

Cons:

The car could have been cleaner. Especially during the pandemic, I would have expected shining cleanliness and signs showing that it had been disinfected.

Pickup was easy but the car was absolutely filthy on the outside. The windshield wipers were unusable and it was raining. We had to scrub the wipers clean to get them to work well enough. The car itself was ok but the body was badly damaged lots of dents scratches. Drop-off in Dijon was a disaster. No instructions or parking near the office. We had the circle the block 5 times before finding parking, only to find the office closed. There were instructions and a map on the office door for the drop off location about a block away. After you drop the car you have to go back to the office to drop the key, not convenient.
