Pickup was easy but the car was absolutely filthy on the outside. The windshield wipers were unusable and it was raining. We had to scrub the wipers clean to get them to work well enough. The car itself was ok but the body was badly damaged lots of dents scratches. Drop-off in Dijon was a disaster. No instructions or parking near the office. We had the circle the block 5 times before finding parking, only to find the office closed. There were instructions and a map on the office door for the drop off location about a block away. After you drop the car you have to go back to the office to drop the key, not convenient.

The rental counter folks were great! There was a bit of a line when we arrived, but the staff did a great job with the numbers they had to help everyone.
