It was a good place to stay for an early flight. Room was big with a comfy bed. Fixtures a bit outdated but clean. Close to airport and offer shuttle.

Pros (+) the bed was clean and the bathroom was clean
Cons (-) The website offered free airport pickup. When I called, they said they were not doing that because of COVID. The hot breakfast was not a white paper bag with a green apple, a packaged muffin, and a granola bar.

Cons (-) Bed was hard as a rock and jet tub shower was silly. Faucet to fill tub hit tub frame and spilled all over the place. Very poorly designed.

Pros (+) Exercise room had great equipment Rooms were updated and clean Beds were pretty comfortable
Cons (-) At check in, the guy was pretty rude while discussing the credit card policy. I had never had a hotel make an imprint of my credit card and then hold it for up to 3 years for incidentals! When I told Javier I was u comfortable with this policy and asked if there was anything else we could do he threatened to kick me out! This to me was terrible customer service and a very outdated policy.

Pros (+) The location was perfect and the bedding was soft on a truly comfortable bed. I loved the decor of the room, bathrooms, and the entire hotel. My shuttle driver recommended a fabulous restaurant and I had the best lunch @Pappadeaux #Dallaslovefield

Pros (+) The cleaning staff was very nice.
Cons (-) The front desk staff was rude and the rooms smelled of mildew. I had to switch rooms because of the smell and the new room's toilet wouldn't stop filling. It was not a great experience.
