It was a good place to stay for an early flight. Room was big with a comfy bed. Fixtures a bit outdated but clean. Close to airport and offer shuttle.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's breakfast options and convenient location near key destinations. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with reports of stained sheets, roaches, and odors. Service was often described as unhelpful or indifferent, and several guests noted issues with amenities such as the pool and hot tub being out of order. Despite some positive experiences with room comfort and breakfast, safety concerns and maintenance problems were recurring themes.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) the bed was clean and the bathroom was clean
Cons (-) The website offered free airport pickup. When I called, they said they were not doing that because of COVID. The hot breakfast was not a white paper bag with a green apple, a packaged muffin, and a granola bar.
Pros (+) All but ability to darken room at night.
Cons (-) The window coverings are sheer and the lights so bright outside window is was like daytime in my room. Incredibly hard to sleep.
Pros (+) Clean and nice people
Cons (-) Bed was hard as a rock and jet tub shower was silly. Faucet to fill tub hit tub frame and spilled all over the place. Very poorly designed.
Pros (+) Staff was really friendly and helpful
Cons (-) There were bugs in the bed!!!! Like alive bugs, it was so disgusting.
Pros (+) Exercise room had great equipment Rooms were updated and clean Beds were pretty comfortable
Cons (-) At check in, the guy was pretty rude while discussing the credit card policy. I had never had a hotel make an imprint of my credit card and then hold it for up to 3 years for incidentals! When I told Javier I was u comfortable with this policy and asked if there was anything else we could do he threatened to kick me out! This to me was terrible customer service and a very outdated policy.
Pros (+) The location was perfect and the bedding was soft on a truly comfortable bed. I loved the decor of the room, bathrooms, and the entire hotel. My shuttle driver recommended a fabulous restaurant and I had the best lunch @Pappadeaux #Dallaslovefield
Cons (-) NA
Pros (+) All other amenities was good.
Cons (-) Room smelled like urine.
