Cons: The phone wasn't plugged into anything. So there was no way to call the front desk.

Cons: They were doing some Re-Modeling and that was a small issue....I wish I would have known that before booking.

Cons: I felt the Restuarant was very lacking. This was true each AM when it seemed no one was in charge that had training for the job. One coffee decanter that would run empty unnoticed by staff. The layout of breakfast and supplies very abstract and seemingly without thought. The courtesy breakfast tickets, while appreciated, seemed a cumbersome issue. My wife as with many other wives comes to breakfast a bit later than myself. This is where it gets cumbersome for what appears to be an untrained staff. The whole ticket thing seems unnecessary as I would seriously doubt that anyone not registered at the hotel would sneak in for a very mediocre breakfast. Overlooked dry egg mix is not a draw anymore than low quality sausage. As I have mentioned the resturant serving area is poorly laid out and very poorly maintained. Our room fridge did not work when we checked in and was never repaired or replaced during our stay although mentioned to staff each AM. Always the same response, I'll mention it to maintenance. Some one was not listening. The fridge remained plugged in but unworking with a very hot compressor. Lip service to customers is NOT enough. Listen and learn.

Cons: We booked a non-smoking room but it was obvious that the room was smoked in. The room was out dated and filthy. Missing hardware, dirty sheets, a pile of ashes on the floor near the window, grease stains on the carpet and the sofa. They had "serviced" the room because there were fresh towels and toiletries. They certainly did not clean it. When we checked in there was only one person at the desk (5pm) and she was obviously untrained, had no support, and was confused and frustrated. I felt bad for her. The entrance (door C) was filthy, had a broken door, curtains were grease stained, and was littered with cigarette butts. The elevator reeked of smoke. The hallway floors were dirty. The included breakfast was in the bar, dirty plates to put your food on and dust and dirt all over the counters and window sills. I think that the hotel is being used with government vouchers to house homeless people as there were a number of people milling around the parking lot and hallways as if they had nowhere to go. Cons: The view from the Window was of Pigeons and there Droppings and Lots of it (at the window ledge) :( :( The bathroom had no towels in the room when we checked in. Asked one of the maids and she said they were not ready yet. Did get some about an 1hr later. The toilet seat was very loose. The ceiling and walls had what looked like mildew starting to grow in some areas, maybe from no fan in the bathroom? We Booked a Room with a King Bed and Received a Room with 2 dlb Beds. When I informed staff at front desk they replied- they have No more Rooms Available, even though We were there Promptly at 3pm Check in Time. The parking is for compact cars only, not for SUV's or Trucks FYI.

Cons: Rooms were not updated and had issues - i.e. Fan did not work. Pool was dirty, hallways/rooms smelled.

Cons: The room was very old and not updated and dirty. Shower was yellow and leaking. Sink had holes in it

Cons: The hotel is run down and very dirty and had a bad odor of smoke. The door to the room did not lock and the hair dryer did not work.

Cons: They were remodeling while we stayed. Still full price. Messy. Noise all hours. No privacy.

Cons: It's a strange place to get to. The room was very dry (and I live in CO) as the heater needed to be run all night. Run a shower for a bit to moisturize the room. But it is a cheaper hotel in the area, I've stayed in most, and is as good as the more expensive places

Cons: dirty, rundown & noisy. broken toilet, tub drain and bath exhaust fan. upon arrival the window was open (no screen), smelled of smoke (non-smoking room). reserved a king + sofa bed and got a room with 2 queen beds. Constant running toilet and some machine kept turning on every 20 minutes.

Cons: Worn and dated interior, not close to anything fun or interesting, pool & courtyard under construction. I was told it was frequented by truckers and there were a few sketchy looking fellows but no one bothered us. The elevators remind me of some cheap mirror attraction at a carnival. Don't expect luxury or current decor and you won't be disappointed. Clean, hot shower and hot breakfast for 3 of us was all we needed.

Cons: grounds were trashed, building lacked upkeep, smelled terrible, no amenities in room, bathtub handle fell off, tv won't turn on, no fridge, outlet hanging out of wall, furniture you could not give away, need i say more?

Cons: Bathroom was small, so it was hard for my husband and I to be in there at the same time. Sheets had some stains on them, but they were small.

Cons: Pot smoke smell everywhere.

Cons: Sat down for dinner, got ignored. Moved to a different table, made no difference. Walked next door to only nearby alternative, Village Inn. (Though short staffed, Village Inn did well.) No hot water or pressure in the room's shower.

Cons: Moving from CA to Denver--this was my last night before I was able to get my keys and get into my apt. The location was bad--yes it was right off the freeway so easy to find, but the noise from the traffic was awful and it was NOT in a good part of town. Unfortunately I missed the window for canceling my reservation so I was stuck. There was zero parking--apparently there was a gem show there and it was first come first serve. The woman at the front desk apologized but I was still on my own to find a place. Waited for a while until someone left. There were some seriously sketchy people smoking cigarettes and pot right out front of the hotel. I'm usually pretty unfazed by different folks, but this honestly gave me pause. The room was dark and smelled like mildew. It was clean enough but the carpet was in serious need of replacement. I was glad I brought my flip flops to wear around. I got charges $30 to have my dogs stay with me so for the money I spent it was not worth it at all. The previous night I stayed in an Econo Lodge in Grand Junction which was excellent--clean and they let pets stay for free. Do yourself a favor and look for something like that instead of the "Quality" at the Quality Inn Central.

Cons: Don't eat at the Palm Grill restaurant. Save yourself and go across the street to the Village Inn.

Cons: Bar was being remodeled and we were not told before we booked or when we checked in. The food was horrible and they barely had any beer selection and no bourbon. We checked in early so we could take a nap before the show and they were remodeling the room next door so we couldnt nap.

Cons: I had to change my own bedding after I checked in (found hair and clear signs the bedding was not changed) The bar/restaurant recommendation downtown was horrendous Don't try to touch stuff in your room - its all kinda dirty and greasy Breakfast was hardly edible (highly suspect wet looking eggs and that ham was wildly contaminated by idiot guests multiple times within the short time i was in line. Something about tongs baffles people)

Cons: Location was awful and in a bad part of town. Hotel was dim and dirty. The staff was un friendly. The elevators were broken, and the only one of three working was very slow, and packed w/ people. You could not use the stairs, because apparently are to be used as fire exits only,and will sound an alarm. The bathroom in the room was not exactly clean and the shower clogged. Very expensive considering the experience. Stay somewhere else for a few extra dollars.

Cons: More helpful front desk staff and better computer system.

Cons: Requested a non smoking room but it was a smoking room in it's past so I smelled smoke residue from that. I also paid for a mountain room but didn't get it.

Cons: Upon arrival my husband and I actually saw a prostitute leaving through the lobby, went to her van, counted her money and then left. That was a bit shocking. The staff when we arrived was obviously tired or board. The room was one of those that makes your skin crawl and I didn't want to take my socks off when I was walking around. The toilet seat was dirty with someone else's......well, you know and the sink was covered in white residue. Save time, money and sanity-DONT STAY HERE.

Cons: The smell! Even the non smoking room was absolutely gross. Beds were hard, cleaning service never came to our room. The check in lady had an attitude and was not helpful at all.

Cons: The men who were at the front desk were not very friendly upon arrival, very matter-of-fact, not very welcoming. The young lady who checked us out was very friendly though. The breakfast needs to be improved....old refried beans and thin, curled up ham slices floating in water were not very appealing and the scrambled eggs were soft and watery. The coffee was good and the hostess very friendly. The tv channels were very few and we could not access major channels or programs.

Cons: The decor is outdated and worn, making the room look less clean.

Cons: I was extremely disappinted in the fact that my floor felt like it was hot boxed and I continued to have weed Oder come threw my room constantly. Not a place for a family with young kids

Cons: Wouldve been cool if the room had a fridge or updated TV system to allow Netflix log in. Otherwise the room was fine for a no frills stay!

Cons: There was an even there that took up all of the parking. Had to park at another hotel and walk. My nonsmoking room had definitely been smoked in regularly and left me feeling like I had smoked a pack of cigarettes the next morning.

Cons: I requested a fridge for meds, never received a fridge, had to throw away over 200 dollars worth of insulin, it was to cold to let in car as it would freeze. unless you have a non-smoking room, that item is not standard. shuttle went on the top of hour to stock show which when full of exhibiters did not allow for their needs to be there before time to show

Cons: I did not feel valued at check in. Out of the three elevators, only one was operating. The whole place smelled like marijuana. The blanket on my kids bed had holes. There was vomit on the floor outside elevator on 4th floor. The inside of the microwave was dirty. Website boated having an arcade which is why we made the reservation. Found out after check in that it wasn't there anymore and instead had three video games in the bar. It was not a pleasant stay.
