Scammed on reservation by Traveluro. Called hotel and they confirmed this happens often. Won’t be using Kayak again. Thought you were reputable. Had to dispute the charge on the card. Thanks for wasting my time.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to local attractions and event venues. However, many expressed dissatisfaction with high parking fees, inconsistent service quality, and issues with breakfast options. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though some found rooms dated or not thoroughly cleaned. While a few staff members were highlighted as helpful and friendly, several guests reported rude or unhelpful interactions. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive aspect, but concerns about value, service, and parking costs were common.AI-generated from customer reviews

Great time....great staff
Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were great for the price.
Pros (+) Cleanliness and comfort are on par with the Hilton brand. Location was great, walking distance to bars & restaurants.
Cons (-) Price was high, while the location was good, valet parking was the only option for a steep price, and on top of that, a car was broken into while we were there parked in the valet lot. Not Hilton's fault, but for the price tag of the valet parking and the room, not something I appreciate worrying about.
Pros (+) Staff friendly. Rooms very clean
Cons (-) No safes in room
Pros (+) Great location walking distance from many of the great venues in Detroit also only a couple blocks away from the people mover which quickly takes you anywhere in the city you wish to go.
Pros (+) We love everything about the hotel that's why we stay there as much as possible.
Cons (-) This is the second time that we booked a king room and were given a room with two queen beds. NOT HAPPY!!!!!
Pros (+) Super close to the stadium, theatre, opera house, plenty of bars and restaurants. Close to the casino and Greektown. Very comfortable beds, great staff and great wifi.
Cons (-) Heating system wasn't working well and the restaurant was short staffed. But after complaining, the manager was apologetic and tried to make it up to us.
