We have stayed here many times. The hotel is quiet. You cannot hear neither the train nor traffic loudly as you can at other hotels along other places on Route 66 in Flagstaff. Our mattresses needed to be turned which is why I only rated this stay as good instead of excellent. The sides next to the night stand were worn down. Cons (-) Cleaner bathrooms, there was hair all over the towels, the floor and shower. The bathroom door was filthy. It was not worth the price I paid.

Pros (+) The staffs members was very friendly and helpful. The room was niceand clean. Hotel is very close to NAU and historical area.
Cons (-) They did not provide bottles of water in the room. Other than that room was nice and clean. I have nothing negative when I stayed there.

Pros (+) Free breakfast, clean room, comfortable beds with new bedding. Updated and had both fridge and microwave along with iron, coffee maker, and hair dryer. Would stay again.
Cons (-) Check-in was at 2pm but our room wasn't ready until 3pm so we had to wait in the parking lot.

Cons (-) We had a problem with our shower clogging up so we couldn't take showers the first night because by the time we realized it the maintenance man was already gone. The next day it got fixed around noon but one of the front desk workers let my husband take a shower in another empty room since he had to work.
