Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Florence's main attractions. The staff consistently receive high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness, with several guests mentioning specific employees by name. Breakfast is frequently highlighted as a positive aspect, with many enjoying the option to eat on the rooftop terrace with beautiful views. However, some guests note issues with bed comfort, noise levels, and occasional maintenance problems with showers and elevators. Despite these drawbacks, most guests feel the hotel offers good value and would recommend it for its location and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
