Good: Ft Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port staff were efficient and friendly. Bad: The port shuttle signup woman was unorganized, loud and unpleasant (“Did you pay already? Where is your receipt? What is your name? What is your room number? I lost my list.” REPEATED for 10+ tense minutes before the shuttle left. Issue and train her on an iPad.

This would not be my top...
