Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to the beach and local attractions. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and several reviews highlighted clean rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. However, there were frequent complaints about inconsistent or poor service, housekeeping issues, and amenities such as the pool bar and gym being closed. Cleanliness was generally satisfactory, though some noted areas needing maintenance. Parking was a recurring issue, with some guests dissatisfied with additional charges or limited availability.
