Pros (+) Breakfast was prepackaged muffins. Obviously covid has altered the way you can have breakfast. It was practicly non existent. The pool was a nice amenity. The remodel was very nice.
Cons (-) The hotel was not clean upon arrival and stayed not clean during our stay. The hallway had the same trash in it the entire week. Our room was not cleaned during my 5 day stay. The staff was friendly but cleanliness was lacking. Not having a fridge was annoying. The view from room was very good. Location was good. Some of the people staying there were not your average run of the mill folks.

Cons (-) We usually stay here for Billy Bowlegs Fest because it’s the cheapest place with a dock. We have 10 rooms booked on average and have been staying here for years. In the last couple years this place has switched owners. It used to be Quality Inn bayside and since the switch it has been going downhill. This year for bowlegs I vowed never to stay here again but my husband and I needed to get away and...

Pros (+) Overall the hotel was nice. People you get what you pay for. At the price of this hotel it was what I expected. A nice room that was clean. The view was of the Sound Side of Ft. Walton Beach which is not the white beaches you see in the brochure. The room was half the rate of the ones on the actual white beach. Not a bad place for the price.
