Pros (+) Modern, clean, comfortable rooms. New and fresh. The bar at the terrace has a terrific view of the city and bay.
Cons (-) Somewhat cold and almost sterile in places, like the reception area. The location is a bit removed from the fray of the town, which could be a good thing if that's what you want or it could make the walk to get into the center of town a bit longer.
