Pros (+) Bed was ok and got a hot shower. That was about it for positives.
Cons (-) I told them what time I was coming and the door was locked with no one there when I got there. They acted like I was inconveniencing them for checking in at a late hour (my flight landed at TVC at 11pm). Needed to take off early and once again the door was locked with no one inside at 7am (when the sign said they were open). Overall bad service, average room, descent location...descent place to la...

Pros (+) I liked getting in my car and driving away .
Cons (-) The beds were gross , it looked like a giant blood stain on one bed. I opened the fridges that sat on the floor and there was an infestation under the door. There was cockroach on the floor another one in the bathroom. Above and beyond the worst dump I have ever started at.

Cons (-) Not as expected and/or unprofessional. No room keys issued (or given) for access the room upon checked in. Only the master key was used to access the room by the manager/owner. The facility's Fitness room was locked and not accessible. Only (2) shower towels provided in Room #165 when checked in.
