Pros (+) Excellent pool and kiddies water park also the beach was amazing. Breakfast was great with the fresh smoothies and fresh squeezed orange and pineapple juice

Pros (+) The staff at the hotel was very helpful and attentive.
Cons (-) The hotel is simply not worth the money. Our room was dated and not worth the price that they are charging for the room. The room was mediocre but with what they charge and the Ritz Carlton name I expected and outstanding room with a wow factor.
