It was good but only meal served is very less. Meantime good to add rice and chicken in one of meal

The flight was on time. I generally don’t drink or eat on short flights and the seats were good and the flight attendants were friendly. That’s all I expect

The Sears in the 800s are not too good perfect Airbus why cant the new 737 fix that

Flight team stood out for perzonal attention, kindness at bright cheery attitudes at 8am. Very helpful.

Seats had less pitch than a regional jet. Food was OK. Have to buy alcohol on US based carriers flying international. Boarding was a mess. Did not have bags but overhead space was gone quick. Would like to see the airlines enforce the one bag over and one bag under policy

Very disappointed with food service. They ran out of entree selections- so for the last 10 rows only option was lentil stew. Not a fan. Then the morning service (pizza twist) was lukewarm at best- I exited my 12 hour flight having eaten a roll and dessert. They knew it was a full flight.

Where the plane landed and the next grate to get to is a LONG LONG LONG walk again if one is not fit and healthy with no carts to assist. It sucks

Lufthansa was great from Lisbon to Frankfurt. The United Airlines flight from Frankfurt to Denver was very cramped. In that tight space, when the seat in front was fully declined I could barely move. I'm a fairly small person, I can't imagine what a larger person would feel like.

Plane was crowded and even when we hit altitude, the plane was hot, not enough air flow.
