Taking the deposit in full and having to wait days for it to be returned is a massive pain and the rental agent has the power to decide how much to return with you unable to discuss it with them. No feedback on the return of deposit8.0 Very Good

I ordered a Mitsubishi Grandis. They gave me a smaller car, no air conditioning in the back seats, in the summer, without telling me this ahead of time. When I realized it, I informed them, but they said it was after the 3 hour window from the time I took the car, so was charged for 1 day.3.6 Poor

Car wasnt ready, rental process was too long and tedious, couldnt rent for 24 hrs as normal, because office was closed next day for elections. Understand that is a holiday, but they need to make accommodations and plan ahead for this instead of telling customers they need to return the car in 5 hrs.Europcar

The staff was overworked and not pleasant or helpful. They were not honest. It took more than two and a half hours to rent. The car was old and dirtyCons:
Do not rent or do business with this company. They are not honest and have very old equipment in very poor shape. They rent cars when they have insufficient inventory. The GPS unit only spoke Spanish, which I do not ! Other customers had similar or worse experiences.4.0 Mediocre

Got a cute car although it was in mechanically bad shape. Fairly inexpensive. Doing the original paperwork to rent the car was good.Cons:
Returning the car in Jerusalem the service was truly terrible. Rude and slow which is the worst possible combo. Car had a bad transmission. Pretty dinged up but that was ok.Eldan
