Pros (+) Quality of the building, the room, breakfast was well above our expectations of a Holiday Inn Express establishment. Reception staff went out of their way to call taxis for us.
Cons (-) More salad dressing options perhaps.

Pros (+) The rooms are new and well kept. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for business travelers.
Cons (-) The concierge staff attitude is below expectation. Mainly the mannerism is not what you would expect from an international hotel chain. Would need to rethink the attitude of how they speak and respond to the customers. Definitely room to improve.

Pros (+) Nice location. I loved the fact that it was attached to a mall with the train station in it. Lovely staff. Awesome room. Prompt service
Cons (-) The breakfast could have been better. Omelette service would have made it much better. And a switch up on the breakfast menu would have made a huge difference

Pros (+) Nothing special good about this hotel.
Cons (-) This is a non-smoking hotel, but you have to always walk through a cloud of smoke from smokers at the main entrance. This smoke is also poisoning the hotel lobby at 1/F. Only one TV-channel for kids and this is mainly dubbed to Chinese. Many other popular 'western' TV-channels ea. Discovery has the same problem. Hotel management says they can't do anything about this since this is what their suppl...

Pros (+) It's sort of inbetween yau mai tei and mongkok station. About 10 mins walk to either station. Close to eateries and tons of shopping. If you hop up and over the sky bridge, you'll find another mall: Olympic. Over all, place to rest and recharge. Prices were very reasonable. Breakfast was enough to get you to the next activity.
Cons (-) Wish bed were softer, but I still slept decently.
