Pros: Excellent place to stay with the family. I Loved the room service, the food was delicious. From the minute we got there the staff was very friendly and professional. My daughter had a great time at the pool. We had alittle problem with the A/C in our room, but they came and fixed it right away. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Pros: Service was spectacular, room beautiful, clean, CJ at the pool bar was phenomenal, made us feel like we were at a true VIP resort, very knowledgeable, helpful attentive. The bellman was awesome that brought luggage to our room, front desk fabulous. People greeting off the boardwalk super friendly. All around amazing. Room service great, I worked in hotels for many years, so I usually can see the operational problems, but this Hotel was amazing, thanks for giving us the 5 star treatment, we will be back with our whole family, highly recommend!!

Pros: Our group of 12 guys went down for the Jets v Miami football game 11/4-7. The staff and facilities were top notch. The pool area was small but nice. The location can't be beat, right on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, steps from the beach. Everything you need for your stay is in walking distance. Fly into FLL and 15 minutes late and $13 shared cab ride later you are enjoying everything South Florida has to offer.

Cons: Not all front desk staff wore masks. When asked, they refused to comply. The safe in the room was broken. We had a very large roach in the shower when we came back to our room on Tuesday. A bulb in the bathroom was not repaired after we requested the repair. Cleaning of our room did not occur until very late in the afternoon. After a day at the beach we wanted to shower but couldn’t because the housekeeper was there at about 4pm.

Pros: I liked that the staff was attentive and it was in a great location. Steps away from restaurant's on the board walk or across the street. And of course minutes away from the beach. They provide free beach chairs and towels so that's a plus.

Pros: I loved the room! Very clean and quiet with a nice modern look. Having the beach and boardwalk so close is a huge bonus. A lot of the shops on the boardwalk were open WAY later than I expected them to be seeing as it was during the week. I will definitely be using this hotel again.
Cons: The only downfall I came across was the late check in procedure. My plane was delayed 2 hours, so by the time I got to the hotel the office was closed. I was a bit uncomfortable with my room key just being in an envelope in a box where anybody could have grabbed it. (I didn't realize that the office closed at 11pm, but that was my fault for not double checking. I had originally scheduled a late check in, but would have been there before 10 so that conversation never came up.)

Pros: This is a fantastic location for people who want to be steps from the beach. There were a lot of fun shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel itself was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. They have beach chairs and towels for guests to use. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Didn't like that the outside venue seemed abandoned not as many shops most things were closed while I was there . Was unaware there was construction. And after talking to a shop employee she said it's been torn up outside for so long and nothing has been done with the space . Definitely not the same fun place I visited several years ago. Seems like the outdoor area is getting rundown.

Cons: Part of the hotel is under renovation and we could not go outside to our balcony. They were all locked and dirty from the reconstruction. We have stayed here about 5 yrs ago and everything was perfect. Everything is still very well kept ,but the hotel is starting to show signs of wear. So, the renovation is on time. Finish date is Fall 2016. I can't wait to see it. We will be back. Hotel very crowded and busy this holiday weekend.

Didn’t like the fact that we had to wear bracelets as if we were in an all inclusive resort when we were not. They didn’t want us to talk loud or laught a lot in our rooms. I have children and I had to constantly tell them to whisper because they didn’t want noise in the room. Very disappointed with this hotel. Too expensive for it’s quality.

Pros: The price point was good. Bruce and Tina who manage the place are very nice. It is close to the beach. It was ok. I would stay again if it was a good price and I planned on going to the beach.

However, where most older replaced a lot of items, this property seemed to patchwork what they could and only replace If necessary. Bed was not uncomfortable. The room was not bad. Cons: - For rooms that face the busy access road in the back (like mine), it can be a little noisy as the windows are old and not air-tight - floor was a little dusty, along with parts of my cupboard. - kitchen dishes were not properly cleaned - rooms are small with very limited storage space. Even as a solo traveler with one medium-sized suitcase and a backpack, I found that my luggage took over all the available floor space. Not sure how we would've managed with two or more people.

Pros: Walking distance to beach. The local efficiency hotel have been gobbled up by one company. They are planning to knock down all the hotels they own and erect a large hotel. The properties are minimally maintained. Rooms were decorated in the 70’s. If you compare staying at their hotels to camping , you will be very satisfied.

Cons: bed was terrible ..in poor shape....had to walk up the street carrying our luggage cause we couldnt park on the street . And nothing was said about a 15.00 per day parking charge before committing to the room . After your credit card is charged ...you get charged the 15.00 at your hotel. Nasty business fraud

Pros: I have stayed here a few times now, it is stones throw from the beach. My experience is that for the money, I have yet to find a better value. I think others mis communicate cleanliness and older. It is clean and sterile. However, the buildings are older and worn but still okay. I would recommend staying. I liked the free Internet.
Cons: I didn't like that I wasn't invited to the cook out at the pool by a couple of families staying there.

Pros: Location, a block from the beach.
Cons: The room had a terrible weird small and the ad says breakfast is free and included, but that's a lie. There was no breakfast. The wifi was pretty bad too.

Pros: Nice location, full kitchenette.
Cons: During our five day stay, the staff was unprofessional, apathetic, and at times even rude to us. We did not feel like welcome our valued guests, but rather simply a source of income for them. Being that they are in such a great location and that their rates are reasonable, they probably don't care or have to worry about the service they give...it's unfortunate but true. At least we done have to stay there again, and will not be.
