Pros: Besides living up to what you expect from a 4 star hotel in a historical town, the breakfast is delicious and offers a variety to satisfy many cultures preferences. The restaurant is also very good, we ate there both nights. The hotel is a few blocks from one of many stores which sells bus passes. If you are over 64 years take advantage of the discount pass. You can also rent a bike from the hotel and they have on site parking. The neighborhood is quite and safe at night. From the train station it is a ten minute walk and 15 from the main tourist area. The stairs are easy to manage and the elevator is larger than most.

The restaurant very good: we recommend checking out the 'Daily Menu' as this offered a lot more than the menu in our room, we were very pleasantly suprised. The breakfast was wonderful, exceptionally good and so much...sadly we have small appetites and so were not able to make the most of all that was on offer. The hotel is in a good location in as much as you could access the old town very easily. However, there is some noise from the trams. Although this did not bother us as the beds were so comfortable we slept really well.

It is easily and quickly reachable from the airport, the train station and the city center with its many famous sights. It is also very well connected to the highways A12 and the A13. This hotel is one of the tallest buildings in Innsbruck with 12 floors and 159 modern rooms, all of them equipped with free wireless internet. Cons: Hotel's guidebook stated that bed sheets would be changed if staying longer than three nights; we stayed four nights with no change. Only one pillow per bed; additional pillows have to be collected at reception. Desk staff could have been a bit more helpful with room safe issue; seemed to be a lack of communication between shifts.

Cons: It was a bit to far from the main town square/restaurants etc.. it was in a nice quiet area just nowhere near the city center. I did have a problem with their toilet. I don't know if it was just my room but it barely had any water flow. It would take a good 5 minutes to get another flush to clear the bowl of tissue because it has to build the pressure back up.

Cons: Breakfast wasn't good at all (especially ham which tastes terrible), I know it should be cheap but adding 1 good ingredient instead of 3 terrible would be great improvement. Location is great, room was wide and fairly silence, window view was great, highly recommend innsbruck card for anyone who wants travel there (u can buy them in hotel).

Cons: Construction and noise within the hotel was terrible in the Morning. I got no notice and only when I needed to mention it, I got an apology. I did not sleep well two nights. Probably would not stay again or use booking.com because I tried to cancel my second night to stay and was told because I used booking they would not give me a free or discounted cancellation fee. 24 hours notice is usually good enough for many hotels.

Pros: A quaint clean hotel that was inexpensive - so good value - a 10 minute walk from the Alt Stadt (old city) and a 3 minute walk from the conference centre where my show was (congress messe). Friendly staff who arranged free parking 3 blocks away and allowed me to hang around after my stay to use their free internet as there are not a lot of wifi hotspots in Innsbruck.
