Pros:Loved the staff, bathroom/shower, good proximity to the beach and comfy room.
Cons:It's tucked away a bit, behind some other hotels so it's a little harder to find.
Pros:Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable.
Cons:There is NO Airport shuttle. We filtered hotel search results based on airport shuttles since we were arriving after midnight; no such amenity is offered and it was about $30 for a taxi. We could have paid less and been closer to Patong which is where we spent most of our time, taxi-ing back and forth. The home image of the pool next to the beach is also misleading. This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the beach. Other comparably priced hotels on Phuket island have their own beaches, so be careful when you book. This hotel is not centrally located for nightlife or shopping or restaurants. It's about an $8-10 taxi to Patong. Had the listing not been so misleading we would have stayed elsewhere. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable, just know that there is some dishonesty in the posting and ask questions before you book. We felt duped.
