Pros: the staff was always willing and able to help. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Surroundings were comfortable and pleasant. Very short walk to city centre.

Pros: Everything. This is a truly spectacular facility in every respect possible...and at a really great price too. I am planning a return trip to Kharkiv and I will definitely be staying at the Aurora again.

Pros: The hotel was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was very courteous and helpful with arraigning taxi's and making my vacation there memorable. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. I will stay there again when I return.
