Cons (-) The pillowcases and sheets smelled like they'd not been washed (like the cleaning staff had just remade the bed without removing the old dirty sheets instead of replacing them with clean sheets). The nighttime staff was friendly and accommodating. The morning staff wasn't the friendliest.
