PROS: Loved our balcony and the view of the ocean. Loved our walks on the beach and hanging out at The Deck. Beautiful location. Would like to make this an annual things with the family. Good value for the money.CONS: Things were rather disorganized - from parking & valet services to getting a key that worked to room service. I know everyone was trying, but it was rather chaotic. Better communication amongst the team would be helpful.
