Pros (+) Loved our balcony and the view of the ocean. Loved our walks on the beach and hanging out at The Deck. Beautiful location. Would like to make this an annual things with the family. Good value for the money.
Cons (-) Things were rather disorganized - from parking & valet services to getting a key that worked to room service. I know everyone was trying, but it was rather chaotic. Better communication amongst the team would be helpful.

Pros (+) The location and amenities offered made this place a top choice of mine when traveling for a couple months.The rooms are great and there is even an amazing restaurant called DriftwoodKitchen.I would recommend this place to my family it was so good.
Cons (-) I took a smoke alarm off the wall due to low batteries I assume... Well because I wasn't in the frame of mind of being accused of being a smoker I left it on the counter when I checked out. I was charged a $300 smoking fee and didn't have much say in the matter. It pissed me off it was probably the 10th time I have stayed there and don't want to for a while because of that experience.
