Cons (-) I would advise potential patrons to look elsewhere for lodging. The facilities are badly outdated and not very clean inside the rooms or in the parking lot. The lady at the desk was unfriendly as well. We didn’t even bother to take advantage of the breakfast offerings.

Cons (-) Smell. The room had an awful odor. A bit noisy but it was the tail end of spring break.
Pros (+) Lake Havasu is not known for hi-end properties. We just needed a clean place to sleep and this met the need. Front desk was happy and helpful. Rooms were clean.

Cons (-) The shower heads could use an upgrade. I'm 5'5" & found myself having to bed down most of the time b/c the shower head is so low. But nothing major to complain about.

Cons (-) Second time staying there. 1st time my room was on other side of breakfast room wall and this time was on other side of housekeeping office with washer dryer going all day. I need to sleep in and both rooms were very noisy and staff was noisy too.
