Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved the beams and open log fire. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The dinner here we had 1 night was nice.
Cons: Very clean hotel. Staff are friendly and polite nothing is to much. Breakfast fantastic. We had porridge one day and pancakes another, massive portions. Location is central to everything.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Front desk personnel went out of their way to help with restaurant suggestions and booking ferry to Helsinki. Great breakfast.
Cons: My room was on the dark side which i ddint like. Perhaps a few more lights required. Also there should be an explanation about how to adjust heating in the room ( units).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I truly loved the heartfelt hospitality, which was felt in every single detail, but most of all in the warmth of the personelle! The room was very comfortable and we slept very well! Breakfast was absolutely delicious and we loved the location and the ambiance! Thank you truly!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The historic ambiance and the feeling of Old Tallinn. The room had a good spacious closet and large comfortable bed.
Cons: The ceilings are quite low, to where I hit my head on the chandelier a few times haha
Excellent 10.0
An amazing experience. Very nice hotel in the old town. The service was perhaps the best we've ever received. On arrival, we immediately received welcome drinks. The room was upgreidatted free of charge and breakfast was also brought into the room. We chose the breakfast meals we wanted from the list and came to our room at the time we wanted. The breakfast was plentiful and the caller got more into the room if somebody ran out. The room was large and very beautiful, and the cleaning lady even went out in the evening to put our room sleeping. I highly recommend.
Excellent 10.0
The ultimate hotel blending with the look of the old town. Location, taste and atmosphere are unique. When you want to get away from everyday life and indulge yourself a little, here is a great destination. Breakfast and atmosphere there too. The location of the hotel is great, the room is cozy and very clean. The reception was very good and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was rich and good. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and there was also a first-class and comfortable service, and the food was excellent. Best hotel in Tallinn, value for money, I can warmly recommend it!
Excellent 10.0
An extremely lovely small boutique inn, within the heart of Tallinn Ancient Town. The staff is inviting and accommodating. We were invited within the flawless fire lit campaign with a glass of Prosecco amid check-in. We remained in a standard room which was idealized for our remain, as we went through most time out within the city. Our room was exceptionally clean and cozy. Breakfast within the eatery was good, nothing astonishing but pleasant to be included within the room rate. The area of the lodging is sublime. Fair many minutes’ walk from all of the most attractions in Tallinn Ancient Town. Exceedingly prescribe!
Excellent 10.0
An extremely lovely small boutique lodging, within the heart of Tallinn Ancient Town. The staff are neighborly and accommodating. We were invited within the dazzling fire lit campaign with a glass of Prosecco amid check-in. We remained in a standard room which culminated for our remain, as we went through most time out within the city. Our room was exceptionally clean and cozy. Breakfast within the eatery was good, nothing astonishing but decent to be included within the room rate. The area of the lodging is sublime. Fair many minutes’ walk from all of the most attractions in Tallinn Ancient Town. Profoundly prescribe!
Excellent 10.0
This inn is found within the center of Tallin, strolling remove to parcels of eateries and sights. The room was exceptionally beautiful, in spite of the fact that the bed was a little small. The eatery within the inn was phenomenal! Suggested for a sentimental end of the week getaway. We preferred in specific the inviting welcome, the ancient world stylistic layout, the consolation, the the staff who clearly delighted in their visitors, the position within the Ancient Town. But to whole it up, the Schossle surpassed our desires in each regard. Idealize!
Excellent 10.0
A superb Inn with a warm cozy air. The thundering fire within the gathering was exceptionally inviting as was the open fire within the breakfast room. That was a to begin with. The breakfast was extraordinary too.The staff were amazingly supportive and courteous. We would unquestionably return.
Excellent 10.0
We completely adored this inn. From our entry in a inn car from the airplane terminal (€25) to our flight we felt exceptionally much at domestic. I know it sounds a cliche but the staff were without exemption idealize. Neighborly, supportive and learned - nothing as well much bother. What we truly adored as well was the in general loose feel almost the lodging. Comfortable, proficient but not boring, beautiful stylistic layout but in a advanced ‘old fashioned’ way. Our room was dazzling. Our entry each evening after a cold and damp day within the ancient town felt like coming domestic to a room that needed you to be there. Warm, comforting and calm. A exquisite washroom with exceptionally successful underfloor warming. Breakfasts taken in a room with an open fire (what a treat) were exquisite. We didn’t eat supper within the fundamental feasting room (in spite of the fact that we listened the nourishment was awesome) but had a soup lunch one day when the climate was especially cold and damp. It was truly good.
Excellent 10.0
A dazzling inn within the ancient portion of Tallin. Area is idealize and all the sights of ancient town are walk able. The lodging is excellent and ancient and the staff were exceptionally dazzling. There are only stairs to the floors so inquire for lower level in the event that you've got any issues with stairs. I had a standard room which still felt lavish with excellent stylistic layout. The room is little but the bed was super comfy and it had a exquisite window seat. The washroom was a great estimate. Breakfast was served within the cellar with a fire crackling within the grind and a great choice of hot and cold menu alternatives to suit all tastes. Usually a beautiful small lodging, and I would certainly suggest this to my companions.
Excellent 10.0
This small boutique hotel is on a quiet cobble stoned street at the northern end of Tallinn's historic walled Old Town. Fashioned from two buildings that were once merchants' houses when Tallinn was a major Hanseatic trading port, the hotel includes a dining room in former wine cellars, a private garden and even a sauna for guests. Rooms are decorated in muted grays and browns and are very quiet and impeccably clean, although they may be on the small side for American visitors used to larger franchised hotels. Staff are quietly efficient and helpful, and always ready with a cheerful greeting or suggestion for sight seeing. All of the Old Town's many attractions are an easy walk from the hotel, as are Tallinn's main train station and cruise ship port. Note that the hotel is not appropriate for mobility-challenged visitors, as there are no elevators and traveling around the hotel requires going up or down stairways.
Excellent 10.0
We loved this hotel. The location is perfect - just a couple of minutes walk to the old town square, with its beautiful buildings and many places to eat. The service in the hotel is perfect too- everyone is so helpful and friendly. This is certainly the best hotel in Ballin and seems to be the place where world leaders and rock stars stay when in Tallinn - they have a fascinating visitors book which you can leaf through - from Prince Charles to Robert Plant and Krafwerk, they have certainly had some famous guests. The reception area, which had an open fire while we were, there was beautiful as was the cellar restaurant, but best of all for us was the room - a beautiful junior suite, which was so quiet, so light and airy, that we had some of the best sleep we have enjoyed in years. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving guest the great service that you provide.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: nice concept, spacious room, big TV screen, modern and functional metal furniture
Excellent 9.0
Pros: everything about it : friendly helpful staff
Excellent 9.0
Pros: nice place , good location
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast were very good and profesional.
Cons: Room size was quite to small that even hard to meet.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Skillfully renovated hotel with a distinct Scandinavian spirit close to Kadriorg. I was really fascinated by its laconic and inventive design decisions. Free parking. It has DIY-rooms where you can, e.g., iron your clothes.
Cons: I'd appreciate if a restaurant menu card has a wider choice of mains, not only meatballs. Desserts are very good!
Excellent 10.0
We arrived on Monday for a 4 night break with a large suitcase and hand luggage. The receptionist welcomed us and said that our allocated deluxe room was a long walk up and down stairs, but because we had the suitcase she would upgrade us to a suite up a short flight of stairs. This proved to be a delightful arrangement and we love the space and facilities, particularly the sauna. The bed is huge with separate duvets and very comfortable. The hotel is perfectly situated in the Old Town, a short walk from the taxi rank. Staff are helpful and rang to book one of the activities I was having difficulty contacting. The hotel is kept to a high standard and our room cleaned daily. We overlook the street, high enough to be out of sight of pedestrians, but interesting to watch what's happening outside. Breakfast is included and has a reasonable choice of quality food. We have certainly enjoyed the this quaint and charming establishment. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving guest the great service that you provide.

Excellent 10.0
I truly enjoyed my stay. 100% happy! Nothing to criticize.
Excellent 10.0
The property is historic with a very promising charm, modern touches and fantastic service. We stayed in a junior suite which was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Breakfast takes place in the Angel Room which has a fresco ceiling. It’s a pleasant space that overlooks the central courtyard. It’s largely a buffet affair but there is a menu to order other items cooked to order.
Excellent 8.5
We spent a night at The Three Sisters. It is a small boutique hotel located at the top of Pikk Street and is well situated in Old Town. The visit started with a warm welcome by the front desk staff and we were then shown to a lovely and spacious suite. The hotel has done a wonderful job keeping the historical details and also making it modern and comfortable. We fully enjoyed our stay at The Three Sisters. If you’re looking for a charming, conveniently located hotel in Old Town Tallinn, stay at The Three Sisters.
Excellent 10.0
This hotel offers top-notch, friendly service, comfortable, well-appointed accommodations, and is located just inside the medieval wall near the North end of Old Town, in perhaps the quietest area of this bustling tourist destination, but only a short block from St. Olaf's Church (tallest in Tallinn) a short stroll from the multitude of shops, restaurants, cafes and attractions in Old Town. We could not have been happier with our choice of hotel. Our room, the largest suite, was very reasonably priced for the quality of accommodation. It includes a large living room with a dining table, a decent-sized bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed, and a large bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and large soaking tub. Quite luxurious! The buffet breakfast offers a nice variety of hot food, breads, cereals, meats, cheeses, fruit, pastries and beverages, very nice. Also, do not miss the hotel's own restaurant, Bordoo, which offers the top-level gourmet cuisine, in our opinion among the best restaurants we have ever experienced. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving guest the great service that you provide.
Excellent 10.0
This hotel encloses 3 old buildings at the entrance of the Old Town. At first impression you can hardly even see it has an hotel from the outside, the main entrance is narrow and unobtrusive with 3 uncomfortable steps leading to the small reception area. Indoors the place is full of old charm with done antique furniture and classic chairs and couches. Not a luxury set up or decor but just a throwback to old times. Reception staff is attentive and friendly. A small elevator leads to the upper floors where narrow stone corridors partially covered with tired carpet lead to the rooms. Rooms are a pleasant surprise, I am told all are different but equally pleasing. Mine was really nice with a huge baldaquim bed and an old fashioned bathtub plus a narrow bathroom with a lovely walk in shower. Many amenities in room, including coffee/ tea making machine, great closet space, books, water etc. Rooms are indeed quite luxurious and live up to the hotel reputation. The breakfast is served downstairs buffet style not with a huge selection but of quite good quality. Meals in the hotel are very good, in a nouvelle cuisine style but the menu is a bit reduced and do not varies so 2 meals there is enough. Vine selection quite good . Pleasant service. Prices are reasonable for quality and hotel star rating. The Old Town is a few steps away so it is a pleasant location for tourist walks and souvenir shopping.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: These apts at the Panorama View are well managed by the host. He responds swiftly and goes extra miles to assist in times of need. The apts are clean, in perfect condition and have a view to the Black Sea which just across the main street in front of the building. Very good value for money, I shall stay there again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Since I traveled for school I chose this location since it was near TTK UAS. I took me ca 7-10 minutes to travel by foot, which I really liked as I was able to sleep longer in the mornings. The host was super friendly and very attentive, and even gave me tips about locations nearby. The apartment had everything I needed - very big and comfy bed in the bedroom. All rooms in the apartment had blackout curtains. So if someone is sensitive to street light or smth like that, then you definitely don't need to worry about that in the nighttime. The streets got very quiet later in the evening as well, perhaps after 18:00 I hardly noticed any cars driving by. So definitely a quiet neighborhood and a big bonus in my eyes, especially since I have trouble falling asleep when there's excessive noise. Did not have such a problem in here. I also liked how many clean towels they provided. The bathroom was also equipped with a hairdryer as well, which is always a good bonus. And to my surprise they even had a toaster in the kitchen! :) While everything was good or did I have any problems, then it might be good to know, that right above the apartment I stayed seems to be living a family with 1 or 2 young kids. While it didn't pose a problem to me per se, they quite bit liked to rough-and-tumble play during the evenings, so I was able to hear how they chased and jumped around the rooms. Nothing too problematic and they they are kids as well, so totally normal for them to play around during the evenings. The playtime always seemed to be over anywhere between 21:00-22:00 the latest, so nothing overly excessive. Some evenings were very quiet as well. Overall very nice place in a good neighborhood. Definitely would recommend to others as well!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nothing at all.
Cons: Clean and cosy appartement in a beautiful house in a nice area. Everything was there what I needed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This place is fantastic if you travel alone and would like to have a rest from all the people. The location is just perfect: it's 30 min walk to the city center and the Old Town. The street where the villa is located is very calm and quiet, so if you are looking for a cozy place to stay in silence and have a rest from all the city noise -- this option is perfect. The landlady was very nice and friendly; she explained everything I needed to feel comfortable in my apartments. The rooms are not that big, yet clean and very cozy. I like very much that the bedroom is on the second floor. Its window faced the garden (by the way, the garden and the backyard are MERVELLOUS. If you travel here when the weather allows it, make sure to spend some time in the garden!) There's a grocery nearby in case if you need something and a lovely coffee shop.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A cosy, quiet apartment in a charming period house, comfortable and very well-equipped for our week-long stay. Ivi, the host, was very welcoming and friendly. The garden is also lovely, great for children to play in and full of interesting details including homegrown tomatoes in the greenhouse. Ivi gave us one to try...delicious.
Good 6.0
Pros: The house itself is nice and location is good.
Cons: When I got home I got a very bad email from the lady who said that if I don´t give them proper review, they will fine me with 100 euros for violating house rules, which I did not. I had my cigarette and coffee on the street not on the property and not even in front of the house. Also she threatened to ruin my profile review (which at the moment of writing this is excellent). The Videviku Villa site said they have designated smoking area which is why I chose it and I know now, is not true. You are only allowed to smoke on the street which I did, but the landlady screamed at me anyway and said I have to go down the street. I was not on their property but on the citys property - the street. Just wondering how many customers they blackmail to give good reviews.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: thank you for your kind and polite Staff members who made our special weekend even more special.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: great location, fantastic breakfast and comfortable room
Cons: slightly noisy at night as our room faced on to the road.
Excellent 8.0
Excellent 10.0
Hotel Palace is an excellent hotel in a great location. It is nearby the old town center and ideal for visiting or exploring Tallinn on foot. It was also about 10-minute walk to malls. Our room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Shower was spacious with quality toiletries and plenty of lighting. Our stay was convenient as they have mini fridge, very nice bed and mattress, desk and chair, mini bar, iron and board, and very good air conditioning. The staff were also very helpful in giving us ideas and tips on what to do and where to go.
Excellent 10.0
Lovely hotel with everything going for it. Great location with the Old Town just across the road, as were the tram and bus stops to other locations. The rooms were spacious and clean, we had a great view over Freedom Square. The breakfast buffet was large and a great variety of lovely food. Spa and pool was also good and we were glad that we included it and during our visit we had the entire spa to ourselves, a nice rest at the end of a day. The best aspect of the hotel was the staff who were always friendly, efficient and more than happy to help with any questions. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again if I return to Tallinn.
Excellent 10.0
We were delighted with our stay at the Hotel Palace. Our room was modern and comfortable. We faced a busy street (lovely view) but didn't have any street noise at all. The hotel is very convenient to Old Town with all that it has to offer. We weren't able to use the spa because it closed before we normally returned from dinner. The included breakfast was fabulous. The only thing that we could possibly have wanted that wasn't provided was decaf coffee. The free WiFi worked great. The people behind the front desk were very helpful. They all spoke perfect English. I highly recommend the Hotel Palace for anyone lucky enough to visit beautiful Tallinn.
Excellent 10.0
After 15+ hours of travel, I arrived at Hotel Palace and was warmly greeted by the front desk staff. I booked a standard double room (6th floor facing the back of the hotel/parking area) which was spacious, beautifully designed/decorated, comfortable, and quiet. The room had everything I needed for a relaxing and convenient stay – firm mattress, nice bed linens, desk/chair, separate chair/table, mini bar (with space to refrigerate my own items), closet with iron/board, Samsung tablet, quality toiletries, and plenty of lighting. The air quality of the room (and the entire hotel) was excellent, and I was able to adjust the temperature in my room (air conditioning worked well and was quiet). Housekeeping deserves an A++ for its thorough cleaning each day. The gym was compact but had up-to-date cardio equipment and weights for a short workout. I looked forward to breakfast at the buffet had a lot of variety and there were some local foods available. The front desk staff provided great tips for the area (Kadriorg Park is gorgeous!). The hotel's location was ideal as it is just a few minutes from Old Town yet away from any tourist crowds, and the tram to/from the airport stops right near the hotel. The hotel Palace was the perfect place to stay during my first visit to Tallinn. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving guest the great service that you provide.
Excellent 10.0
My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in January 2018. We couldn’t fault our stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Our check in was super quick and we were even able to go to our room a couple of hours earlier than check in which we loved. A lot of hotels don’t do this and so you don’t have the opportunity to freshen up before exploring. Our room was lovely, clean, tastefully decorated, quiet and comfortable. We were on the 7th floor with skylight windows. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We also used the spa area which we really enjoyed. So nice to relax there after walking around in the freezing cold exploring the city. Location was just perfect, a stones throw from most of the sites. Anywhere we wanted to visit further away was around a 10 minute Uber ride. Overall, we felt truly comfortable and happy during our stay here. Highly rate it for anyone visiting Tallinn.

Okay 4.0
Cons: The staff is not welcoming and the service is NOT ok for a 5 star hotel. NO roomcleaning on my first night and the hot breakfast buffé was cold.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent rooms and great spa. Also really good Covid measures
Cons: Room service/kitchen was closed when we arrived, but reception advised how to get food for hungry teenagers
Good 7.0
Pros: Nice appartments at the cool place(city center, old town).
Cons: Overpriced. Breakfast was really bad, for the same money it's better to go to some restaurant nearby.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautiful, clean hotel in a great location. Our room was excellent (perfect sound proofing) and the staff very friendly. Extra points for helping us with taxi bookings even after our check out. Will certainly come back to this hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our room was lovely. The service was excellent.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Almost verything. Staff, food, atmosphere, suite.
Cons: Wi-Fi signal was in a deadspot when lying in bed. A minor issue
Excellent 8.0
Small room and bathroom. Spa is nice.
Excellent 10.0
This time, Telegraaf Hotel became the base of our raid to Tallinn. They chose it for several reasons, the main of which was the location in the Old Town and the availability of parking. Hotel expectations justified. I was pleased with the fresh interior, modern equipment, professional work of the staff, cleanliness in the room. Breakfast was taken separately. For two paid 50 euros. Breakfast is not bad, in addition to choosing a self-service system, you can order scrambled eggs, omelettes and other morning dishes from the waiter. It is clear that the 'five' treats champagne. Water was updated every day (2 bottles of 0.5). Good wifi. From the window was a nice view (number 616).
Excellent 10.0
I have to say that the location was excellent, very close to the main square in the old town. In addition to the very helpful and courteous staff, the hotel was very clean throughout. The rooms were well made up and mine had a sitting area in it with a sofa and an armchair. The turn down service was a nice touch and the complimentary water appreciated. My only slight gripe was that there was no tea and coffee facilities which I do usually make use of in hotels. There was a good selection at breakfast to suit any taste and the setting was very comfortable too. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use the spa during my time there but my fellow travelers recommended it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel in Tallinn and hope to be back some day. The hotel is newly opened and I hope they can continue to maintain their own high standards.
Excellent 10.0
Hotel Telegraaf is centrally located with wonderful restaurant and shops nearby. It is about 100 meters away from the center of the old city. Clean and internet speed is very good. The staff was kind and warm. We learned that the building was used as a post office in the previous years but as a hotel it is very well renovated. The name of the hotel is coming from the history of the building. There are two parts in the hotel: the old building and the new one. We stayed at the old part. The rooms were large and had high ceiling. We loved the facilities and the services we have received.
Excellent 10.0
The hotel location is central in the old town with easy access to everything. The building itself is an old historic but nicely re-purposed to modern hotel rooms. A lot of attention is paid to the details inside the hotel and rooms are quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were extremely friendly, professional and were always there to help you with all your hotel and concierge needs. Make sure you eat at the restaurant, which is the best in town too. The small bar in the lobby has a nice selection and I enjoyed a new favorite micro brew! This hotel is no 1 in town. Stay there!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Awesome hotel
Cons: only wished that they were open a little early for breakfast for those departing on the early ferries. Their packed brekkie was okay.
Excellent 10.0
We never sleep in, but the bed was so comfortable, and the room so quiet, we barely made it to the 11 am breakfast cut off on our first day, and the breakfast and Tchaikovsky restaurant are just fabulous. We also made our reservation based on TA reviews, having no idea the luxury for which we were in store. There is a lovely spa, with extended hours to have a sauna, steam and/or Jacuzzi. The staff, mostly fantastic, with the exception of one woman at the desk who did not return a call, after asking if that was alright when she picked up. She also was the same one who, the next day, did not call me back to let me know whether or not the restaurant request we made was available or not. Solid cleaning staff, and it was nice to be able to have a snack and a drink at the bar. Fantastic cocktail selection, and quite possibly the tallest burger sandwich we have ever encountered. Very personable staff throughout, restaurant, desk, valet, bar and spa. Appreciated the secure key system. Just as a side note for infrequent Tallinn visitors, dinner reservations are a must, even in April, especially if on a weekend. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving guest the great service that you provide.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Historic hotel in the centre of Tallinn oozing elegance and comfort. Wonderful, personable staff who anticipate every possible need and deliver flawlessly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was as perfect as could be. Staff, facilities, building; everything. Our initially-booked room wasn't available upon our arrival. We were offered a king sized room for only 10 Euros more per night and took it in a heartbeat. No regrets. If every hotel were this good the world would be a better place.
Cons: What didn't I like? That I could only spend one night here. I hope we can make it back to Tallinn someday, and if we do, we're coming right back to the Telegraaf without hesitation.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super nice view, like NY! Very clean, spacious room, all modern, very good breakfast, good room-service, came for 1 night, decided to stay for one more as liked hotel so much
Cons: Nothing to mention!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location was great, the views from the bedroom were amazing! The bath in the room was really nice too. They let us check in early and check out late without a fee.
Cons: The lift did give us a bit of motion sickness!
Good 7.0
Pros: Nice room and view
Cons: In my opinion € 19 for breakfast is way too expensive. The reception staff most of the time wouldn’t bother greeting you as you enter the hotel.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: great view, very clean rooms
Cons: pillows were too thin for me
Excellent 9.2
Location location location. City centre Hotel and Great value for money. Sky bar mojito is a must.
Good 7.6
Was expecting more, room quite small not as discribed. But really nice view from 27th floor!
Excellent 10.0
Excellent hotel in terms of price / quality ratio. Cozy, stylish, clean rooms, where there is everything for a quality vacation. Chic bathroom. Incredibly comfortable bed. High-quality and inexpensive room service. Amazing view from the window. In my opinion, taking a room with a view of the bay is not at all necessary. From my room on the 26th floor there was a fascinating view, including a part of the old city: Kick-in-de-kek, Tower of the Dome Cathedral, Niguliste Church, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, gun turrets of the fortress wall. Separately, I want to note the kindness and responsiveness of the staff. On the day of departure from the hotel, leaving the luggage for storage, went for a walk. The city came under a shower, soaked through. Upon returning to the hotel asked to dry outerwear. Given the limited time, I thought would refuse. The hotel employees fulfilled my request and moreover did it for free, which is doubly pleasant. Will definitely be back at the Swisshotel again
Excellent 10.0
close to airport and city, easy check, good staff
Excellent 10.0
Not a first time I was there and hopefully not the last. This hotel is true luxury and place to be if spectacular views are in seek. The staff is always so professional and everything works as it is planned. Except one elevator during my visit, but no problem there is still plenty of them. And they are fast. The room is spacey and comfy. I had a regular double room in 17th floor with excellent views to the east. Super big bed, coffee maker, complimentary water bottle. There is also parking, valet or by yourself. Your choice. I prefer self parking since it is somehow more convenient. Pricing for one room per one night is not the lowest one, but tolerable. If visiting Tallin and looking something more than a bulk hotel, I really recommend this for your next hotel experience. Not to mention there are even better views from the bar at 30th floor. Go and have a drink. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving guest the great service that you provide.
Excellent 10.0
This is absolutely perfect for a business or family or couple stay. From the moment you walk in the door, this hotel welcomes you with unassuming opulence. You will feel relaxed from the warm and friendly welcome through to the spacious,, modern, decadent room. I was here for a business trip, but I planned a trip with my family that same day. For business, plenty of desk space, lots of media interfaces at the enormous desk, and a good WiFi speed, plus a comfy chair to sink into whilst reading papers and reports. From a family visit perspective, there are plenty of rooms that have adjoining rooms with the same benefits as the business rooms. From the massive walk in showers to the complimentary bath robes to the generous wardrobe space, this hotel oozes class. The menu caters for traditional western European tastes as well as local traditional meals. There was not one single meal I was disappointed with. The staff were helpful, polite and enthusiastic. I was given advice about local amenities that was bob on accurate and just what I needed. I can't rate this hotel highly enough. I can't wait to come back.
Excellent 10.0
The hotel room was big and clean. It had a coffee machine, large TV and in-desk plugs for everything you need (electricity, internet, USB charging). I was lucky to get a room on 26th floor and I was enjoying the view very much. The pool and sauna always inviting. The hotel itself is in a wonderful location with rooms looking over the harbor and the city The Breakfast is just the best experience ever with buffet scoring a dozen different cereals, fruits, jams, fresh juice, espresso coffee service, freshly fried eggs, pancakes, the list goes on. Beds are super comfortable, and cleanliness of rooms is spotless. Internet is fast and free. Views from the rooms are amazing, you can usually see the sea.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Everything was up to 5 star rank I liked their room-service Cheeseburger Very nice spa & swimming pool
Cons: There was a coffee machine issue Entrance door was flaking a bit. The other hotel is blocking view on old town. Otherwise true 5 star experience

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice spacious rooms and great location.
Cons: Not nice staff for a 5 star hotel fully untrained and rude
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was exellent. I find glutenfree bread 👍I liked all in Radisson Sky hotel. Staff was helpful. View was amazing. Room was spotless clean and i find in the room even hand desinfectant. The room was well furnished. All was great. I definiteley stay there again after the renovation.
Cons: The pillows were little uncomfortable, but the bed and bedding were super
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was fantastic: big, clean, breathtaking view. To lie there in bed with the dark city below... just great!! The sky bar restaurant is awesome. I had a Cesar's salad with chicken which was really good and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast buffet is huge and tasty. Nothing bad to be sad about this hotel (except: don't buy cocktails 😉). I will definitely choose this again!
Cons: The Mojito in the sky bar was sadly really bad.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast was delicious and the location was very practical if you need to stay in the city centre.
Cons: The bedroom was a little cold, so if you sit in one spot for a long period of time you can start to feel quite cold
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Room was cold and there was no possibilities to increase temperature. At the end stuff delivered heater 😊
Excellent 10.0
Pros: View, breakfast
Excellent 9.0
Pros: it was clean and new
Cons: the room was very very cold
Excellent 9.6
The room is well maintained and spacious. Breakfast hall is big with lot of choices. The sauna room is clean and quiet.
Excellent 10.0
Everything is fine as always, I always try to stay at Radisson. We settled 2 hours earlier without any problems. The rooms are spacious, the floor in the bathroom is heated (and we had the cheapest standard), there are Russian channels, fast and high-quality Wi-Fi. Rich branded breakfasts with a rich choice. The old town is 5-10 minutes walk, and the way lies through the Viru shopping center, which is also a plus for lovers of shopping. But the fact that we had only 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner and 2 for them 2 lotions and the complete absence of a shower gel, which you notice only in the process of taking a shower. For 5-star and the most expensive of Radisson in Tallinn, I think this is unacceptable and it spoiled the impression a bit. Parking is 20 euros per day, but there is a europark for 15 euros and outside the hotel for 12 euros (but the payment is only with coins, card can not, unlike the hotel). And there is no elevator from the parking to the hotel - entrance and exit to the parking across the stree
Excellent 10.0
Our open room was on the 22nd floor neglecting the Ancient Town and the see was fabulous. Front work area staff was neighborly and supportive. Check in was a breeze. After we settled into our room we headed to Relax 24 (on the 24th floor) for a few grown-up refreshments at around 4:30pm. It's not exceptionally expansive but the sees were breathtaking. There was an open air seating region but it showed up to be closed when we were there. The as it were entrance outside showed up to be from the feasting range and since it was blustery and chilly outside, it was a great thought to shut it off. Breakfast had a wide assortment of choices that requested to European and North American palates. We experienced no issues in getting a table. The inn is near to Viru Keskus, a superb shopping shopping center and to the memorable Ancient Town.
Excellent 10.0
Having had a extraordinary internet bargain, we would have been cheerful with a standard room with an unexciting view but, instead, we got given what must have been one of the finest rooms within the hotel with wonderful views over both the old town and the harbor. The other astonish was the nourishment within the fundamental eatery. It was reliably amazing and well over my normal encounter of nourishment in a corporate chain lodging. The service was too courteous, effective and obliging from starting to end. This inn is located at the edge of the central commerce area of Tallinn, and the ancient town is additionally as it were a 10 minute walk absent. We would certainly remain there once more.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Always a pleasant stay

Okay 4.0
Pros: Swimming pool and that they are allowing Pets. Location is perfect.
Cons: At our arriving staff did many mistakes. For a breakfast we have been needed to wait for long, long time.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Hotel have great location. Hotel is new, with modern interior. Staff at reception is very helpful and kind. Rooms are spacious.
Cons: • Parking – extremely narrow entrance. If you drive SUV or other long vehicle, it can be very nervous to drive inside parking. Parking cost 20eur for day. No problem to drive outside or park. • Restaurant – no more great and kind Hilton staff here. Nervous atmosphere here. Maybe it`s because of small staff, I don`t know. For example, you must wait in long lines to get in restaurant at breakfast time. However, it is not because of tourists. It`s because staff (1-2 persons) can`t get all tables clean. There was many tables full of dirty dishes, for 15-20 minutes, and nobody from staff get clean them. For dinner - it`s strange quest get drinks menu. They have at least three menus for drinks (one for wine, one for rum, one for gin, etc.). In addition, you must ask for each of it. Strange, isn’t it? Menu for rum have only two brands – Bacardi and Zacapa!
Okay 5.0
Pros: Hotel is friendly to pets.
Cons: Restaurant wasn't ready to service all the guests. Lack of waiters, unharvested tables, queues at the restaurant. I've booked king size double bed but got 2 separate beds.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: very clean room, hotel good smell, facilities was very comfortable and lot of space in the room, and bed, bed was excellent, stunning, i catch the best sleeping mouse in this bed!
Cons: staff at the check in, Brigita, was not kind, dissatisfied, and all staff on reception
Excellent 9.6
everything was great. Just the complimentary water , one bottle 0,33L made a bit perplexed cause I not expected it and was not prepared. I‘ve been at Hilton Riga a day ago and got 1L complimentary water, just to compare. Apart of this, very great hotel with nice staff!
Excellent 10.0
Room was good size and very clean. There were plenty of wardrobe space for us. Bathroom was also good in size having shower, bathtub and separate toilet behind same door. Door design was excellent and never seen before. If something needs to criticized is shower room floor drain. Bed was good in size but somehow we had a feeling that it is bit short. We are not tall but compared to bed at home. Blanket etc. were good. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty to choose. It was maybe little bit too compact area so you need to look around. Executive lounge was nice and view over the city is great. Gym is OK having dumbbells and weightlifting bar for those who like to lift some weight. Personnel was great and polite no matter what they were doing. Thanks to whole personnel.
Excellent 10.0
We had a great experience at Hilton Tallinn Park. The suite was gorgeous with views of the sea and the staff continuously went above and beyond. In the spacious lobby, checking in and out were smooth, receptionists were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and absolutely worth the price. Rooms are well planned with comfortable beds and appropriate bath. They have nice swimming pool. We had excellent meals at their restaurant. The food served for dinner is cooked to perfection and I especially enjoyed the Ribeye, beautiful cut of meat cooked to my liking and seasoned well. The hotel is just about 10-minute walk to the old town and has beautiful views of the old and new Tallinn from its executive lounge.
Excellent 8.5
In the spacious lobby, checking in and out were smooth and receptionists were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and absolutely worth the price. Our room was well planned with comfortable beds and appropriate bath. They have nice swimming pool too. The location is in the small park, outside the old town, though few hundred meters to the main shopping malls. The ferry pier is 1.5 kilometers away and bus station is 1 km long. Airport is 10-minute taxi ride. Our one day in Tallinn was really great.
Excellent 10.0
This hotel is really nice. The location was just 15-20-minute walk into old town. Next to shopping and a nice supermarket and park. The room was large and clean and the WiFi great and reliable. The best part was the staff which were amazing and so helpful and friendly. One side of the hotel has unbelievably beautiful views of Tallinn and the other has a view of a car park so choose wisely if you can as a suggestion. The air conditioning doesn’t really cool down the room below 21 degrees. As an American we love it cold at probably around 17 would be ideal for sleeping but it just won’t cool down the room that much. They did bring a fan which helped a lot for sleeping. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tallinn.
Excellent 10.0
The only Hilton in Estonia for now, I think. The hotel has clean, functional rooms, and the executive lounge is located on the top floor with a good view to the Old Town. The best room is the suite located on the corner, which allows 180 degree views, perhaps 270 degree view of the city, including the Old Town and the port area. The services are mixed, though there are outstanding associates everywhere - front desk, bell captains, executive lounge, house keeping. Especially the executive lounge, where most of the associates are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located a little outside of the Old Town. There is a small park in front of the hotel, but otherwise, not a whole lot of things going on until you get closer to the Old Town. About 5 to 8 minutes walk to the Old Town, and there are some decent restaurants along the way. The public transport or the train station is not too far away - I think about 10 minutes walk, as well. The best way to get around the town is through Uber - very reasonably priced and quick. I think the tip is expected, though, as the price is quite low, to the point I don't know if they can even pay for the petrol. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving guest the great service that you provide.
Excellent 9.7
Everything met my expectations. The staff were also friendly and professional
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Everything was immaculate and orderly. Staff was outstanding. Room was serene and quiet.
Cons: The temperature control in the room did not work properly.

Pros: Staying in a historic cosy house in a very green and quiet part of Tallinn. It is very clean, the breakfast perfekt and the hosts are very friendly! Defenitely for me the first address in Talliin! Will be back hopefully soon again!

Cons: Everything was fine.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Sincere care of the staff for the wellbeing of guests
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Property clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable. A lovely breakfast provided.. The house is in a lovely large garden with benches for sitting Great value
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We had a large room, with beds together, but our friend's "double" was tiny with barely enough for a chair & wardrobe in addition to twin beds. All the furniture is blond wood, in perfect condition. Beautiful garden with parking if they know & open the gate. We arrived late & had to park blocks away because of extensive and confusing roadwork on both sides of the little house, and advice that we would be ticketed if we parked anywhere near. The machines began about 8:00. Breakfast was at 9:00 with lots of variety, but nothing outstanding. The one person we met in our short stay was very pleasant and accommodating. Just 10 minutes from the airport on the way into town.
Cons: We didn't know about the parking inconveniences, but our flight was hours delayed so no one was on duty to let us in when we arrived. The street number is on the larger house next door, which seemed uninhabited.

I needed a hotel in Tallinn for one night only. I had been told about the Christmas market in the old town so didn’t want to be far. I was amazed to find that the quality of hotels IN the old town seemed not as good as I had hoped and I think maybe cater to Groups of Guys or girls on “celebrity “ stays. To my astonishment the Raddison was only €25 more but oh am I glad I chose to pay the extra. It’s a 10 min walk to the old town and a great location
Good 6.2
Pros: Some staff very helpful. Others not so much.
Cons: Lighting in bathroom poor.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: There was staffs that were able to communicate in finnish and english. Room was big and so was the bet, shower was old style and it was funny. This part of town was little exciting and just a little scary looking at first sight, i liked it, but could be that some people doesnt.
Cons: You could hear noises from your neighbor room, like even the phone calls.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Sergej is one of the best cheerful man in Tallinn !
Good 7.0
Pros: Comfy bed. Walking distance to Port and to Tallinn University. Good basic breakfast.
Cons: Toilet needed more thorough cleaning. Room was a little chilly. Maybe adding a hairdryer is a good idea.
Good 6.0
Good room. Clean . Everything OK for the money paid. - Maybe just bad smell in bathroom and finished doushe gel. Breakfast not very extensive but enough.

Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location and parking
Cons: Restaurant staff wasn't polite, door cards didn't work, bathroom was leaking, noisy guests.
Good 7.2
But little else... We arrived on the Air Baltic midnight flight, and needed a room. This hotel is affordable, close to the airport, and doesn't have carpeted rooms - a big plus. The beds, however, are too soft. Breakfast is fine, as is true in most hotels in the region. Wifi, however - it's unsecured. That means that Apple products refuse to connect. How much work would it be, really, to simply add a password to the system to correct this? (A Bolt to the airport at 10 am cost just Eur 2.50, incidentally.)
Good 7.1
Pros: Good breakfast, tasty coffee, friendly and professional employees. Elevator with a good outside view.
Cons: Old fashioned rooms, very used furniture. Kind of feelings: "back to the history" :) but all over positive.

Good 6.0
Pros: Great location, but too high price for just sleeping (because of early departure, no breakfast offered)
Cons: Should offer breakfast to go (take away) for such room rate.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very professional, very supportive
Cons: n.a.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Next to airport. That's it
Cons: Noisy room, shabby interior, overpriced, very bad bed
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location in case you have an early flight, 5 minutes walk from the airport. Staff was very helpful and changed my room where the ceiling was leaking.
Good 6.0
Pros: The location is excellent if you have an early or late flight; the hotel is a 5 min walk away from the airport. Otherwise, the location is a bit sad, next to a ring way and shopping mall.
Cons: Due to the corona restrictions, the hotel couldn’t offer anything more than a bed/a room. There was no bar, restaurant or room service available. Luckily, one friendly staff member fixed me a cup of tea. But the limited services available, this was not worth the price of the room. I did not like the hotel’s Soviet-chique style, which is a bit pompous and sad.
Good 6.8
It's the second time I stayed here and this time my stay turned out to be worse than expected. For some reason I felt cold up even with the heating on and the pillows were small and not very comfortable. Wish I had stayed at Ibis. Shame there are no tea/cofee facilities had to go to the nearby shopping centre for the tea.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: A hotel modern, clean and comfy. Good English channels on TV, good parking in front of the hotel and free of charge. Nearby a big shopping center. In front of the hotel a bus stop. Friendly staff.
Cons: The shower without any cabin. Using it you are flooding entire bathroom.
Excellent 8.8
It was a very short stay. There is not too much to say. But my stay was okay.
