10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very comfortable, cosy and clean hotel. The service and Staff are excellent - they are there for you - very professional, very nice people. A very good breakfast with fresh smoothies. The dinner at the fireplace highly recommended. Hope to stay there again soon. Thank you :)
Cons: More light in a room would be worth considering.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast, service and athmophere were superb! Slept like a baby!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Premium hotel with great facilities, perfect breakfast and good restaurant. Small but luxury room that included all the necessary services and more.
Cons: The staff was kind and attentive but a bit inexperienced.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely ambience, breakfast and room were both good. I only have one slight complaint. When you asked for a Latte in the reception area they were always luke warm. In fact the one we had one day at breakfast was also luke warm. Otherwise everything was lovely.
Cons: See above re latte.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast in the beautiful basement restaurant is wonderful; great choice of high quality options, including prosecco. Staff very helpful and polite with local tips. Location is great 2 mins from central square; bed very comfy; turn down service friendly and efficient. We also ate dinner in the Stenhus restaurant and it was first rate.
Cons: Not easy to get the temperature right in the bedrooms. We were there in Feb when the weather was variable and was really cold one day but warmish the next. Two electric radiators in the bedrooms for quick adjustment but when we first arrived the floor was really cold (unexpected) and it took a long time for the room to heat up. Wasn't an issue after day 1.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The very courteous and thoughtful staff made for a lovely experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment we arrived, we got such a warm welcome! We were also upgraded which was fabulous. The room was lovely and spacious and the hotel was charming with a log fire in the reception which we sat in front of one evening with a bottle of red wine. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect weekend!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were exceptional. They were very engaged and were genuine in their efforts to make our stay enjoyable. Valeria’s restaurant recommendations were brilliant.Great location. Very comfortable hotel. Breakfast was perfect.

7.0 Good
Pros: Help of the front desk
Cons: Room could be better
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was really good, close to main city attractions, and by the tramline. Breakfast was very good with lots of options, and high quality ingredients.
Cons: Be cautious that many of the rooms are facing the front street, which has a constant traffic and noise level. I wish they asked me if I'd preferred a quite room when I was checking in. In many hotels, I was explained and given the option to choose. Mine could be one unfortunate time but also I had an unpleasant sleep because of the neighbouring guests. There were a group of families who made a lot of noise, at around 1 and 2 am in the morning. They have been talking loudly in the corridor, banging doors and such. I stayed only for one night, and even though there are positives about this hotel, next time I'm in Tallinn I'll make a different choice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was perfect. Location is awesome near the Old Town. The room is well. It was some expensive, but it was worth.
Cons: I have no any dislikes for this hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant staff, modern facilities, comfortable room and convenient location.
Cons: Please consider some aiir freshener to put in the washroom.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is just perfect. The beautiful "Freedom square" and "Freedom cross" are on the othere side of the street. It's only two-three minutes walk to amazing Tallinn old town - the most beautiful in Baltics and Scandinavia! The breakfast was a top-notch!
Cons: Some of the hotel rooms are a bit too narrow, but that's not the real bottleneck.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, great location.
Cons: Super hot in the room because AC was off due cold winter weather.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great right on the edge of the old town. Very clean and spacious room, shower was excellent. Staff all very polite and excellent English.
Cons: The pool and spa was an additional cost, as was breakfast. We didn't use either.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was as perfect as could be. Staff, facilities, building; everything. Our initially-booked room wasn't available upon our arrival. We were offered a king sized room for only 10 Euros more per night and took it in a heartbeat. No regrets. If every hotel were this good the world would be a better place.
Cons: What didn't I like? That I could only spend one night here. I hope we can make it back to Tallinn someday, and if we do, we're coming right back to the Telegraaf without hesitation.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location, lovely stuff, great attention to detail on decor, very romantic.
Cons: Although the receptionist was kind enough to upgrade us, the room was still a bit on a small side, the bed took up most of the space.

4
9.3 Excellent (987 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at The Three Sisters Hotel, you'll be centrally located in Tallinn, steps from St. Olav's Church and 8 minutes by foot from Town Hall Square. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-out, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The quaintness, the location, the attentiveness of the staff and the quality of the food and drink
Cons: No handrails for poor mobility in the hotel. Had to move rooms which the staff immediately rectified. Couldn’t use the baths because they were too deep and there was no way of getting in and out safely.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Building and room design lovely. Great location Bed extremely comfortable
Cons: Breakfast was poor. The cereal selection was limited with no muesli type on offer, hot food was warm not hot, pancakes unavailable one day, honey crystallised indicating poor storage and then heated when my husband complained. Should not charge for English breakfast at this quality of hotel. Plates not cleared from table as you finish each course. Towels changed each day although we had folded them and hung them up to reuse. Metal top glass water bottles not practical to use during the night. Television in room 27 hard to control- very erratic. No table for placing drinks when sitting on sofa and no milk provided for drinks although it was supplied on request. No headboard on bed made reading difficult. Open hanging rack for clothes spoiled the atmosphere of the bedroom. No lift would be a serious problem to guests with reduced mobility or sight problems
10.0 Excellent
Pros: wonderful individual place, beautiful setting, super friendly staff, amazing restaurant, fantastic food. Next time I will stay there again. Absolutely wonderful Comfort for body and mind
Cons: looks beautiful, great location, nice and quiet, Everything is made with love
4.0 Okay
Pros: The medieval building is amazing, but it was probably renovated in the 90s, and it shows. The bathroom was large and well equipped.
Cons: The room was rather cold with the electric heater out of order. There was also quite a bit of noise coming into our room from the street with loud party goers yelling on the street. Not even a bottle of complimentary water in the room, felt like a tourist trap. The breakfast was very "meh", very simple selection of bread, some ham and cheeses, eggs, that's it. All in all it was not bad if it were some budget lodge, but for the price and review score you kind of expect something.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful and peaceful room, good service at the reception
Cons: Asked for a vegetarian omlet for the breakfast, got one with ham. Otherwise breakfast was pleasant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is historic and perfect. And above all, the staff's response is wonderful. By all means, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great choice for breakfast and very well presented. Perfect location in the old town for walking and close to public transport for further exploration.
Cons: Can't think of anything

7.0 Good
Pros: Location, breakfast and staff there, cosy room.
Cons: I had serious irritation on my skin after using towel and laying with bare skin on bed linen. Skin was itching. I suppose it was reaction on chemicals used for washing. But never experienced such severe reaction before.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, but a little bit took time to find things. For me the order of things/siders were placed so that I got confused. For example I looked around where are the addings for the porridge like jam.
Cons: I would have liked some more variety of snacks on minibar.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Clean hotel.
Cons: I had an extra request for the hotel as the stay was a surprise gift for my spouse. I was willing to pay for some attention on a special day but my request was never replied to. Breakfast was a chaos and there was too little staff trying their best to keep the situation under control.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Big and clean room, tasty breakfest.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing bed, and very luxurious hotel.
Cons: The breakfast was not good. The eggs were like rubber, selection was very small. No fresh vegetable to put on a sandwich like paprika or sliced tomatoes or cucumber.

Pros: we got upgraded for some reason to a suite. Staff very friendly And spoke excellent English. Wonderful breakfast and excellent restaurant. Great location. Would go again.
Cons: There is a very late night night club across the street and there was street noise all night but only a problem if you left your windows open. We slept fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a great stay! We were in Tallinn for the weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the staff at Savoy Boutique made us feel very welcome. There was even a dessert platter and a little note congratulating us when we came up to our room. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows (in case you have any special requests, there's a pillow menu you can choose from). The bathroom was pleasant with a large bath and excellent L'occitane toiletries. The location of the hotel in the old town is perfect. Parking was a breeze - we thought we would need to go to a nearby shopping mall to park our car after checking in, but it turned out the hotel has a courtyard for parking just about 30 seconds from the entrance, which is an amazing perk in any old town city center. The welcome drinks and breakfast also contributed to a pleasant stay. We're very grateful to the staff for making our stay pleasant and relaxing, and when we come to Tallinn for a special occasion again we'll make sure to stay here.
5.4 Okay

Cons: stayed 4 days. I am 40 i think i am the youngest guest.During breakfast, the ladies who serve were also so old. I was thinhking to serve them:). There is no elevator to 6th floor. Cons: The bed is very soft The reception is about 350 meter from the apartment
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location Nice and spacious
Cons: Need better blinds on the windows - sheer curtains for bedroom that looks out to the square would be better. Street lights were quite bright all night
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay was great mainly because of the amazing location! Right in the middle of the old town, we had access to everywhere and everything we needed. The apartment was clean and comfortable and everything was easy. Thank you so much.
Cons: The only thing to note was taking all our luggage through the town where cars couldn’t go was a little difficult over the cobbled stone roads. But, we understand that this was a small price to pay for the central location.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location was incredible. Spacious, clean, warm
Cons: Duvet and pillows for fold out bed were not provided. A tea towel to dry dishes would have been helpful One roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 3 days wasn’t enough

7.1 Good
Pros: Nice location
Cons: Staff didn’t speak the language of the country they are situated. Inside the hotel room you don’t have a feeling being in an old house. For the suite bathroom was really modest.

Pros: Staff were very friendly & helpful. Very dog friendly. We were most grateful although €35 dog fee per night was totally over the top
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location couldn't be better. Nice small touches, morning paper, daily water etc.
Cons: The breakfast spread was all freshly made and provided a large choice, but no mention of GF foods and the staff not too sure on the subject. The whole hotel was SO overheated it was impossible to stay indoors once dressed! There is no access to the radiators in the rooms which gives the guest no choice over regulating the temp other than opening the windows or asking reception to lower it, and the thermostat seemed to be completely redundant. Overall, a very hot stay!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is very good, very close to Town Hall Square and Toompea. The hotel itself is a historical building, so some facilities are not like modern hotels, but it makes the hotel unique. Staffs in the hotel are nice and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

7.0 Good
Pros: Help of the front desk

Pros: The view from my room to the park and old town was great. Room is spacious with modern design. The reception was very helpful when accommodate me with late check out. The restaurant located at 2nd floor was very well designed and both dinner and breakfast was good.
Pros: Room is enough large, nice view, well equiped. The breakfast was deliciosus, well served, friendly staff. The meal and the sevice in the restaurant are on the highest level. The sevice in the executive lounge makes the stay comfortable.

7.0 Good
Pros: Location, breakfast and staff there, cosy room.
Cons: I had serious irritation on my skin after using towel and laying with bare skin on bed linen. Skin was itching. I suppose it was reaction on chemicals used for washing. But never experienced such severe reaction before.

9.0 Excellent
Cons: Some work was done in the hotel. Lots of construction sounds since 7-8am until late afternoon.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location is great, the room was clean and quite specious, the breakfast was nice.
Cons: Iron was so bad I had to go and buy my own because I needed my clothes to be ironed for the business meetings. The room was a bit chilly. No light under the shower. Wifi was rather poor so that I used my mobile wifi instead to get my work things done. One light in my room was blinking and couldn't be used. Not enough plugs (just two) in the room and nothing close to the bed. They started drilling very close to my room before 9 AM.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Breakfast was ok.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was very delicious, the menu was different every morning while I stayed there. The staff was attentive and very kind. I would love to come back again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had room with privat sauna. Room was big and quiet
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff and nice location. They helped us out and gave us a cheaper price on an extra night when our boat got delayed.
Cons: In the week we stayed there, it doesn't seem like the cleaning crew cleaned our floor once. Everything else was cleaned nicely, but not the floor.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located very close to the historical center. Team was very nice and friendly. Check-in was quick - everything was ready by our arriving, reception just gave the key and provided with all details.
Cons: The furniture is rather old, seems as it was used for ages. Would be nice to have a kettle in the room or least cooler with hot and cold water on the floor. Also a strange smell was in my bathroom. The rest was ok.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: I really like the location and the fact that it is small hotel I had the early check-in but the gave me the room.
Cons: towels , they forgot to give me the towels, but i called them and they just provide them, so not a big deal.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Excellent location in old town tallinn, with lots of great restaurants, bars, and sight-seeing nearby. Pretty nice accommodations inside the room, with new paint, a hot shower, minibar with fridge space for a few things of your own, etc. Staff is super helpful, and was great to call a cab for me, print boarding passes, etc.
Cons: For our room, we swiped our cards and entered at ground level but the actual room was up some private stairs on the next level, meaning we had no choice but to carry all our luggage up a pretty narrow and steep flight of stairs; no elevator. We had a queen bed, and is the case in many low-cost european hotels, this is really two twin beds stuck together with a bridging pad. Not a huge issue, but it is not as comfortable as the real deal. Worse was the fact that the comforter was also two very small comforters rather than a single large blanket, which made the blanket wars particularly fierce. The rooms are also pretty cold. We froze our butts off the first night with the heater on max before discovering a space heater in the wardrobe, which we subsequently ran on max to keep it 72ish in the room. Probably our biggest complaint was the breakfast. It is much lower quality food than you will find at comparably priced hotels elsewhere, i.e. the cold cuts won't include any smoked salmon or fancier cheeses, and the meat is like budget processed deli ham versus salami and quality cold cuts. Croissants and similar items are available but are lower quality than in the other hotels we stayed in. And worst of all, the amount of seating in the breakfast room is totally inadequate. They had about 7 tables, and there were frequently 20+ people eating, meaning that we all had to share tables with strangers and were constantly bumping into one another when we got up for coffee or whatever. This is a fine hotel, but we won't stay here again.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel position was great, right in the center of Tallinn. Breakfast was okay.
Cons: I didn't expect a room like that. I booked a single room but in the pictures there is NOT a single picture of that room, you have to click on the room's name to see it, which is a bit off to me; anyway, those pictures don't correspond 100% to reality, since it looks much nicer. It was terribly narrow, even for one single person. It was simply claustrophobic. The bathroom is even worse, there is barely room to brush your teeth and don't talk about the shower: you have to shower with the wc. The corridors are terribly narrow too, they have little stairs and I had these heavy and big luggages: not comfortable. Also, nobody there to help you. Outside my window, there was a big light and I had no curtains. I had to sleep with a mask. You might survive for a night, but not for more; there is simply no space to live like a human being.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: good location
Cons: very small double room, no lounge zone
6.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was nice and it s a quite hotel
Cons: The room was small
