Cons (-) There were a lot of ants. The AC was quite old and loud.

Pros (+) Proximity to everything. People were nice. Bed was fairly comfortable. They had coffee in the morning. The landscaping was very well kept up with.
Cons (-) The back side of the building wasn't very impressive and that is what you see when you drive up. The room was small. Other than that, everything was fine. Parking was a little tight but still sufficient.

Pros (+) It was so convenient; being in a excellent location. It was very clean and had modest physical replacements to a older quaint hotel. It I is nice to wake up with freshly made coffee in the lobby. Convenient parking. Quiet location for a good nights rest. Great price for modest hotel. Considerate staff
