Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who often went out of their way to assist. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dirty sheets and mold in rooms. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some finding it lacking or not included. Room comfort, especially bed quality, was generally satisfactory but not outstanding.
