Shower wad falling apart and in poor condition. Mold on ceiling of bathroom plus additional mold covered with paint. Didnt go down to change rooms as it was super later when these things were noticed. In the morning at breakfast inwent to take a sip of the juice only to find over half a dozen fruit flies in it, ruined what would of otherwise been a decent breakfast.

Our room was not very well cleaned. Hair on the floor of the bathroom that was not ours, hair on beds and in the shower. We called to get extra towels and pillows and never did get any. The light between the beds didn’t work. The switch was broken off completely. Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee station in the lobby was not well stocked or clean. Pros (+) This hotel is very close to the airport & even had the shuttle pick my family and I @ 1200am. The customer service was impeccable & the room was what was advertised. Overall excellent

Pros (+) The staff was excellent--the most effective and pleasant that I've experienced in a long time. From the shuttle drivers to the front desk, they were anexcellent team.

Pros (+) The shuttle service was excellent. The lady that picked us up arrived about 5 minutes after we called at 1:30am and was very friendly and helpful.
