Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is convenient for exploring the city and close to transport links like Paddington station. The staff is often described as helpful and accommodating, and some guests feel the hotel offers good value for the price. However, many reviews note significant issues, particularly with the elevator being out of service, which made accessing upper floors difficult. Cleanliness and maintenance are mixed, with some rooms clean and others in need of attention. Overall, the location and service stand out as positives, while elevator access and upkeep are common complaints.

We walked in and walked back out. We had a reservation and are still waiting for a refund. The luggage storage area is not locked. There was a unconnected used toilet sitting in the dining room.
