Breakfast was great and with a lot of options. I take it quite.
The room was the one located at the basement, near the bar. Even if the loud of that area noise was not bothering us, the other people in our room was coming in and out during all night , something that by sure they were not done if the rooms were one of the ones located on the floors upstairs. This is not something that staff can control but is for people to have a general idea what can happen. If you can choose avoid to stay near the bar area.

Palmers Lodge is by far the best hostel I have been. I’ve stayed in a 6 bed mixed dormitory. The bathrooms & the toilets were kept very clean. They provide also a good breakfast option for extra 6 £. Thank you & keep up with the good work!

Amazing location, nearby the underground station(15 minutes to the city centre). Really nice place to spend a day inside as well: nice bar, cocktail and food options, beautiful lounge.
The bed was a little bit too small for long people like me.

The hostel is very stylish, bed was confy and the curtains gave us very good privacy. The location was very good, close enough to the tube and easy to get to central London. The swiss Cottage area was calm and felt safe even at night. Bathroons are cleaned every hour or so and were always tidy and clean. Staff was helpful.
Overall very good! The guest kitchen is really small and lacks some basic kitchenware which we would have to take at the bar area.
