This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was prompt and as I was tired it was much appreciated. I drove in from the Detroit area to attend the 143rd Kentucky Derby so the location was prime and a great value.

The staff was wonderful. Our room was better than expected. Nice breakfast! Loved our stay! I would stay again. Good price for that type of hospitality! I've stayed at a lot of different places, kind and accomendating staff! The location was near everything by car. The interstate is in front of hotel, and University of Louisville is very close. I wouldn't walk. Just be careful not to miss the hotel off the exit. Sharp turn! Lol.....I pulled in on two wheels.

It was close to the fairgrounds. They gave us keys to a room that was dirty. They gave the people next door keys to a room that was occupied. This was at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon. Lights were on timers. It smelled odd like it had been a smoking hotel that was poorly converted to non.

Had decent breakfast, nice pool. Nice kitchenette Booked 3 rooms all were supposed to have jetted tubs-only 1 did. No other chair/rocker in room-only the kitchen chairs.. Smoking rooms in same hallway.lock broke on side exit door. Pool closes at 10, too early.

The room was large and the location was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was on the third floor, rather than the ground floor. Not a big deal, really--just a little more inconvenient.

Nice large jacuzzi tub. A/C did not work properly. Room had some garbage from previous guest. Room was outdated and the beds were not comfortable. Desk clerk did not apologize when we brought up issues at checkout.

There were burn holes in the carpet, the microwave handle was caulked back together, roaches ran across the floor, there was a spot in the bathroom ceiling that had water damage and looked as though it could fall in at any moment, the spa knobs missingetc

The Stars were incorrect and did reflect till after I booked the room. It reflected 3 stars and then it changed to 2 stars.

When you drive up to the hotel you may get a little nervous because it's in an industrial complex but don't judge this book by it's cover. The rooms were very nice (King room with kitchen and Jacuzzi style tub) and the service was good as well. Great value and would for sure stay again!

I expected much less for the price I was paying, but upon entering the lobby, I was greeted and promptly received my room key. The room was great! Very clean, everything worked very well. It was also very quiet. There are also a lot of really good restaurants close by.

Although not exactly next to the airport, everything is easily accessible via shuttle or even city bus. Clean, friendly, and all the basic needs cared for.

The reviews on here were good for this hotel. I don't know how that could be but I definately will not stay here again. The springs were coming through the mattresses, the breakast choices were poor & the quality was worse and there were loud parties above us all night long. we stayed here because it was advertised as having a full kitchen, which it did - stove microwave, refrigerator - but no pans, utensils or dishes so what was the point?? I will spend a little more next time and get a good nights sleep.

this was a great place to stay it was easy to get to and it was easy to get to the expo center where we were going. it was quiet and well light. i would highly recommend it for avybody going to six flags or the fair grounds
