It is the hotel's location. Easy access to the city's main attraction which is the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes and the bus/train station's five minute walk. The staff was very helpful.

The price. 69 Euros covered room, a breakfast for 2, and parking (reserve the parking--that part of Lourdes is a parking nightmare). It's quiet and away from the streets that are filled with pilgrims buying trinkets. It's about 1.2K from the action, so walkable.There's a laundramat about 400 meters away at 55 Rue de Bourg. Wi-Fi is free.
For the price, do not expect a large room or fancy fixtures. Also, only one electrical outlet outside the bathroom. I would recommend it only if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay.

The dining room was pleasant
Bathroom was rather basic and you had to hold the shower as no wall hook. We would have liked to have eaten in their restaurant, but could not as they said you had to book in advance even though the restaurant was not full.
