Pros (+) Good location near beach access, w fantastic view of the harbor & lighthouse & a short walk to the shops downtown.
Cons (-) Rooms are much smaller than they appear on pictures, and comes across as being somewhat rundown. Photos on website are not current.

Cons (-) Small room. (Think snug bedroom.) It still had more than most budget hotels. But it's small with an even smallet bathroom. Two people at most. Don't plan on spending much time in the room other than sleep. Still great though!

Pros (+) This is the closest hotel to the shores of Lake Michigan. Staff was very upbeat and welcoming.
Cons (-) The hotel is dated-very 80ish!! Room was small and not particularly inviting. The view from our room (on the first floor) was basically the parking lot and fences between the beach and the hotel. A very minimal view of the beacg-very disappointing!
