Late check-in, wrong room, Very dark
Excellent house keeping service. Very courteous and polite.
We stayed there for two nights, November 2019. During our first night, we notice an unsual smell at the bathroom. It was the wires of water heater burning. 2AM, we called and inform them if its possible for us to transfer to other room. They advised us that they will just call if there is an available room. Until noon, none of their staff called or at least informing us the status of our concern. It seems they don't care. 2PM, house keeping service knocks and we explained to her the problem. She saw at her very eyes the wires from the bathroom burning & sparkling. Smokes were all over the bathroom. Immediately, she informed the engineers and they shut down our room's power supply. So disgusting that, they took them more than two hours, considering that we don't have electricity in there, to transfer us to other room. Is that the best customer service they can offer? I guess not.
