Summary of reviews
Guests say
The reviews reveal significant concerns about cleanliness, with many guests describing dirty rooms, worn carpets, and poorly maintained bathrooms. While the pool area is frequently mentioned, opinions are mixed: some guests enjoyed it, while others found it crowded or unclean. The staff generally receives positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness. The hotel's location is considered adequate by some, but not outstanding. Value for money is debated, with several guests feeling prices are too high for the quality provided. Overall, positives include the staff and pool, but cleanliness and maintenance are major issues.AI-generated from customer reviews
