Deception
Cons: Was charged 40 euros in Marseille for misinformation (noninformation) by their reservations agent.

Nice car in Marseilles
Pros: 1. We appreciated being able to rent at one facility and drop off after hours at another nearby site.
2. The quality of the car.
3. The value for the money.
Cons: 1. The person where we rented was not as pleasant as at other Europcar sites we visited.
2. The drop off was not clearly indicated other than it was at the nearby train station, although once we got to the station it was easy to see where it was.
3. There are no gas stations to fill up that we could find near to the drop off.

Easy pickup/dropoff
Pros: No line for pickup. Drop off took less than 2 minutes. The car worked just fine for us (Citroen C4 picasso) except for an inaccurate fuel gauge.

Very Professional from start to finish
Pros: unfortunately our flight from Amsterdam to Nice was cancelled and we were directed to Nice, having felt concerned we wouldn't be able to pick a car up from Nice, we were apprehensive but were dealt with excellently from the receptionist to the handover guy, we were aware there would be insurance costs on top of the hire, so there were no surprises. The Twingo served us well as we travelled along the French Riviera. We would definitely return to enterprise for our next hire
