Pros: We had a big welcome from our hosts and they made us feel at home straight away. Any questions were answered and suggestions of where to visit. I think the bed is THE most comfortable one I have ever slept in. The room was great and the terrace had great views of Mostar. I have read reviews around narrow and steep road leading up to the hotel, but it’s fine. It looks worse than it is. We drove our a VW T6 up the path with no problem.

Pros: Staff was helpful in anything you asked, from accepting several currencies, to what to do on the drive to your next destination. Location was steps from the old town and bridge, but far enough from the late night music to get away from it, if you choose that. Beautiful rooftop view probably makes it the best place in town.

Cons: No lift but didn't affect us as we were able to take the bags up the couple of flights of stairs, host was willing to help in need. The addition of a fridge in rooms would make it perfect.

Cons: Hairdrier socket didn,t work in the bathroom and the shower was cool - not hot!
