The rooms are part of a friendly international family house (Dutch and Brazilian) in the Southeast of Munich, located next to the Trade Fair center and two large shopping malls. The historical city centre of Munich is approximately 30 min away with very convenient means of public transport. One of the rooms is a spacious one (40 sqm),located in the attic of the house, fully-furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning (during summer), big sofa, fridge and a cable tv. The room is very cosy, comfortable and perfect for two people. There is however enough room for 3(1 extra bed available). Our guest room is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. It is smaller but very bright and welcoming.A washing machine is available for use in the cellar (for a fee of 5,00 euros you can use). Guests are welcome to use the comfortable living room which is equipped with a TV and the garden verandah. Free wi-fi is available for guests' convenience. Double room with a balcony. Nice decorated room, with a double bed and a single bed. Perfect for 2 people or a couple with a child. Wardrobe, desk, tv, fridge.# Our single room is also very cozy and bright. There is a single bed, desk, tv, fridge and wardrobe. We have 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms for guests. Please know that you have to ring at: Zeevat (since we don’t have any signs in the house.)
