Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, close to transport and attractions. However, many reviews mention poor cleanliness, with issues like mold, broken fixtures, and unpleasant odors. Breakfast is frequently criticized for being minimal and of low quality. Service experiences are mixed: while some staff members are described as friendly and helpful, others are reported as unresponsive or rude. Room sizes are generally adequate, but maintenance and comfort vary significantly between rooms.
