Clean. Nicely furnished. Nice size bathroom and shower. Quiet on the room floor. Friendly staff.
No microwave in the room. Mini fridge too mini and my snacks froze in the fridge rather than just being kept cold.

The food was excellent at the Casino dining choices. Our room on the 21st floor was beautiful and had a great view. Hotel had excellent security checking to make sure you had proper clearance to enter room elavators.
Wish the Casino was non-smoking with a enclosed smoking area for smokers, instead of a smaller area that it has now, that is in a non-smoking section. The machines that we liked were in the smoking section which was kinda a turn off for us. We should be able to play without having to breathe unwanted cigarette smoke.

The place was beautiful also has a casino which is great staff was friendly and helpful room was great and very clean
The only complaint I have is about the check in policies which is the same pretty much every hotel but we ended up getting there about 2 o’clock was told at check-in our room was not ready and I thought check in time was 3 o’clock they said it was 4 o’clock and they said the room may not even be ready by four so I went and gambled for a while came back about quarter after three room was still not ready but they accommodated us by putting us in another room And let us in early so that was a really great and helpful of your friendly staff but overall was very nice and had a great stay.

Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino is a massive, Vegas-style resort within walking distance of Niagara Falls State Park and Goat Island, and is the only hotel with a casino on the U.S. side of Niagara Falls. Guests, mostly couples, leisure tourists, and a few business travelers, can expect plenty of colors and patterns, bright lights, and noise while staying at the hotel.
The hotel is located on the American side of Niagara Falls, which means there aren’t many attractions as there are on the Canadian side. The Canadian side of town can be reached in 20-minutes by foot and offer many tourist attractions such as Journey Behind the Falls, Skylon Tower, the Niagara SkyWheel, and the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. The Niagara Falls International Airport is a 15-minute drive from the hotel.
Accommodations at Seneca Niagara Resort are spacious and modern. Center Suites feature whirlpool tubs, separate living room, wet bars, Keurigs, and floor-to-ceiling windows across two walls. Fallside rooms often feature sweeping views of the skyline, river, and the Canada side. Standard room amenities include flat-screen TVs with HD channels, coffeemakers, vanity areas with magnifying mirrors, large walk-in showers, and free high-speed. Everyday conveniences like toiletries and hair dryers are also provided.
The casino is the biggest draw of the hotel with over 3,000 slot machines, 100 table games, 16 poker tables, and a keno lounge. Free drinks are also served to gamblers. In addition to the casino, multiple restaurants, an indoor pool, full-service spa, and conference facilities are available. Other on-site amenities include several gift shops and boutiques.
