Cons (-) The beds were unbelievably lumpy soft and uncomfortable. The rest of the hotel was fine
Pros (+) The room was clean and comfy. Free drinks from 530-730 which was cool.
Cons (-) Location isn't great. The air conditioner was broken and they didn't do a single thing to fix it or even try. Then they told us they couldn't give us a coupe or anything because we booked through 3rd party. Tough to sleep when it's 95* outside and your A/C doesn't work at all.
Pros (+) Big hotel. Lots a room for the little ones.
Cons (-) Been staying here 2-3 times a year for past several years. The hotel was nice at first but is starting to slip. The rooms are not clean as they should be. Found dirty Kleenex In our comforter and dirty carpet living area. The breakfast buffet needs closer attention. Ran out of some of the main food by 7:45am and never was replenshed by 8:30am
