Pros (+) The location off the roadway. It was close to the University, which wss our destination.
Cons (-) It was pricey for what we needed, but we needed a room for the night. The breakfast was ok, but nothing tobe excited about.

Cons (-) The smell
Pros (+) For the price, this place worked well. The continental breakfast had waffles, biscuits and gravy, and cereal. The staff was friendly.
Cons (-) Some areas of the hotel were a bit musty smelling.
Pros (+) All staff members were wonderful to deal with, easily changing rooms due to proximity to pool.
Cons (-) The breakfast left me wanting more. Biscuits and gravy bordered on terrible.
Pros (+) The price was great! My bed was remade everyday however, I noticed my tooth past still in the sink after the room was cleaned.
Cons (-) I was on the third floor next to the elevator so I could hear the elevator but it wasn't terrible. The wifi sucked! They need to put a router on each floor instead of having just one. Maybe that will be part of the upgrades they are in the midst of.
