Cons (-) They were short tempered. They hung up the phone during the conversation. They asked us to use a pump on the toilet by ourselves (probably though we work for them)

Pros (+) Ease of check-in/check out. Breakfast. Convenience of location.
Cons (-) Window blinds in bathroom were filthy. Noise and all night lights from adjoining restaurant/kitchen outside bathroom window were annoying, had to keep bathroom door closed. Heavy drapes in bedroom covered air conditioning vents preventing air from venting into room.
