The motel and staff were amazing. Your site sent us to book through Traveluro who sent us confirmation but did not book our room with the motel, after working with Embassy Suites and Traveluro for three hours from the hotel lobby Traveluro cancelled our “reservation” and we were stuck with no room, which by the way they already had taken our full payment. The motel was sold out so we were left wit...

There was not enough towels in room. Had to call the front desk twice to get more. 4 people in room only had enough for 3. Bath tub needs repair in room 809. Parking gate doesn’t work with key, front desk had to let us out every time. Other than that all good. Thank you !

Pros (+) Very clean and very well decorated. All of the staff were terrific. Breakfast is excellent Rooms are very clean and well decorated. Beds comfortable. We were able to walk (about 3/4 mile) 59 some night hotspots and restaurants). Though many restaurants are much closer. Was quicker than if we had driven due to traffic on international drive.

What they've done is very nice though it was nice staying there as a couple I'd say the hotel has more of a business feel than a romantic feel to it. Mainly because it's lacking the typical massive greenery I had grown accustomed to insid...
