Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is close to major attractions, shopping, and transport hubs, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, poor hygiene, and pest issues. Service is also criticized for being unhelpful or rude, and several guests were dissatisfied with the breakfast and felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price. While a few reviews mention helpful staff and nice views, the negatives regarding cleanliness and maintenance are prominent.
