Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access city attractions and amenities. The pool was a highlight for many, with several mentioning its pleasant atmosphere and facilities. However, service received frequent criticism, with complaints about understaffing, slow valet, and unhelpful staff. Cleanliness feedback was mixed, with some guests finding rooms clean and others noting issues. Parking was a major pain point, with high costs and slow valet service repeatedly mentioned. Overall, while the location and pool stood out positively, improvements in service, cleanliness, and parking are needed.

The bed was OK, not great. The water pressure in the shower was not great. The location was wonderful; we did a lot of walking. The elevators took a while. I booked a king, but they gave us a room with 2 queen beds instead of 1 queen bed cause they ran out of king beds, and claimed it was an upgrade cause the room was bigger, that was annoying. The TV wasn't a smart TV so I couldn't log into any o...

Hotel in a great central location. Staff were friendly and room was lovely. Only criticism is that I left my room by midday each day but seems that was too late to have it cleaned.

I did not stay there, they did not provide a room. They provided a pull out sofa bed. They stated they called Kayak and will refund but I was still charged.

Pros (+) Interesting design and great pool
Cons (-) The elevator was way to slow. We waited 10 minutes for the elevator at 5 in the morning and almost missed our Uber reservation.

Pros (+) Close to local attractions. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, Franklin Institute, Art Museum, and Love Park. Short drive (15 minutes) to Old City and Penns Landing.
Cons (-) Beds were very firm- uncomfortable, but maybe suitable for others. Rooms are small. You can hear all noise- doors shutting in hall, elevators, guest conversations. Online photos made it look much more luxurious than it actually is.

Pros (+) Fast check in despite chaos in parking garage.
Cons (-) Valet parking short staffed, chaotic, disorganized, long waits, long car line when we arrived. Decor and ambience not my taste. Lobby is not inviting or calm. Room was hot but with a terrible cold draft near window.
