Pros (+) Sofitel staff was extremely attentive and they helped make my stay especially pleasant. The Concierge made perfect recommendations to restaurants (for both taste and ambiance) nearby that we could walk to, and their bell and valet staff were very helpful and always greeted us with a smile.

Pros (+) We stay at the Sovitel every time we travel to Philadelphia. They are pet friendly, have a great staff and a very convenient location for shopping or eating. They offer in/out service for parking. Great place to stay and would recommend the Sofitel if you are traveling to Philadelphia.

No running water due to a shut off, but wasn't told about this until after checking in and essentially not having another option to book another hotel. Phone did not work. Cable remote did not work. Concierge service was unknowledgeable of wh...

Pros (+) The staff was the best part. They went above and beyond to make my stay the best it could be.
Cons (-) I wish the breakfast was included during the week. Needing to order breakfast in the morning is very time consuming.
