Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime downtown location, making it convenient for both business and leisure, with many attractions, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance. Staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with some standout employees mentioned by name. However, reviews are mixed on cleanliness and service: while some guests found rooms and public areas clean and service exceptional, others experienced poor housekeeping, delayed room readiness, and inconsistent service at the front desk and bar. The atmosphere is sometimes described as cold or lacking luxury, and some amenities and room features did not meet expectations for a five-star property. Breakfast and spa facilities receive positive mentions, but issues with noise, parking, and value for price are noted. Overall, the location and some staff members are the hotel's strongest assets.

We had reserved 2 beds and were given one king . We are a family of 4, so this was difficult . They were unable to switch the rooms. Breakfast at the restaurant was extremely disappointing . Menu was incorrect and portions were too small .
